Quite disappointing and unsatisfactory. The so called "SPA" in particular: unusable and absolutely below standard for a place that classifies itself as 5 stars!!

Top hotel, perfect location. Very nice rooms (we had a room with sea view).
Beach restaurant food is very good, but service unacceptable, overwhelmed, unmotivated, no service attitude. Food arrives before the wine, coffee not served after long wait time etc. Definitely non on 5-star-level.

+ Accoglienza, servizio, pulizia, posizione, cortesia, tutto è perfetto in questo fantastico hotel.A wonderful hotel, the staff are extremely friendly and efficient, the rooms are fantastic and the private beach club well worth the extra money
I think it's the best hotel in Pesaro. Amazing Spa and rooms. The breakfast is incredible and the girls in reception very helpful and beautiful
