Quite noisy in corner room on balcony

Our experience at Promenade Hotel in Riccione was completely ruined by the behaviour of the General Manager (Sara C), who was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Never in my years of travelling have I ever known a manager to be that offensive and to put the phone down on guests. When we raised a genuine complaint, she was arrogant and dismissive. Despite repeatedly asking to meet her over several days, she refused to make herself available. To make matters worse, our room was very dirty — clearly not cleaned to an acceptable standard. This is not the type of management or cleanliness you expect from a hotel claiming to offer 5 star hospitality. If you’re looking for a pleasant stay in Riccione, I strongly suggest skipping this hotel entirely and booking at Hotel Des Baines, just two minutes down the road — the difference in service and quality is like night and day and the management are delightful :)

When they say limited sea view they do mean limited haha. Had to go out on the balcony. Had a good stay though.

Excellent property, Doting Staff and just oveayrall a great place to stay. Room is large and modern with good Air conditioning. Every single staff member I encountered was pleasant and eager to help. All dining experiences were amazing. Good wine selection through out the property. Spa staff was pleasant and treatments were very good. Drivers were so helpful and there were enough english speaking staff to meet our needs. ( riccione is not really. a place for Americans so having english speaking staff is both helpful and appreciated but not really expected) .

The Hotel: relaxing, new and elegant facing the sea. Clean, luxury and comfortable rooms. Restaurant 6th Floor: amazing. Roof Top 7th Floor: incredible and romantic sunset drink. Fantastic sushi. Service: very friendly. Always smiling people.

It’s brand new beachfront hotel with a nice modern decoration.
Front desk staff was very kind and friendly.

Italian luxury & hospitality at its finest. We booked this hotel after a nightmare at another local hotel ( see my last review) The hotel is new , luxurious, elegant and beautifully done. It had a very Armani feel to it. Front desk & bell service was top notch, we explained what happened at the other hotel, and they even upgraded our room for free. The room is comfortable, super modern & clean. I loved all the details. The TV in the ceiling, electronic shades, touch screen night tables and the bathroom is perfect. The only thing it was missing was a magnifying mirror and or some makeup lighting. I was not able to use the other amenities due to the short stay but they all looked very nice. The restaurante was amazing. Food was so good & service was great. We will return here for sure. They saved our trip!
