Ottima posizione fuori dal traffico ma allo stesso tempo a pochi km da termoli e dalle spiagge. Camera silenziosa e rilassante. Buona la colazione e cordialissima la titolare

Sara, the host, is very nice. She speaks English well.
The host doesn't stay in the facility so we waited for her to come and open the gate for us.
Sara arrived back in the morning to make and serve breakfast for us.
She was waiting by our side to fulfill our requests and questions.
Breakfast exceeded our expectations, with eggs and tomatoes by our request (we expected basic continental breakfast).
The entire structure is beautiful and reside outside of town, not close to roads so it was very quite.
The surrounding of the property is also nice, clean and beautiful, with some agricultural artifacts in the back yard.
That night, we stayed there all alone so we had this entire place for ourselves.
Parking was available by the property inside the gate.

The welcome and the care for the guests are at the first place for Sara, the owner. We stayed one night, we were passing through, we were greeted as if we were regulars. The structure is welcoming and the room, bathroom with window spotless. Excellent organization, adequate for anti-covid measures.
