Dimora EFFE - Eco B&B Mini-hotel

My boyfriend and I stayed one night in this splendid eco b & b on August 16th, it was our stop on the road trip to Puglia and we could not have made a better choice. Francesca turned out to be an excellent host: kind, attentive and welcoming. Our room was perfect: large shower, comfortable bed and spotless. The structure is equipped with 5 convenient parking lots, with the possibility of recharging your own electricity. The b & b has an agreement with a bathing establishment in Termoli, which we have used. Immediately Francesca sent us a message with the best restaurants in the city to have dinner. The day after the breakfast in the structure was one of the best ever had in the hotel in my opinion. Fresh local ricotta, bread, cold cuts, excellent fresh fruit salad, dried fruit of all kinds, croissants filled with cream, typical sour cherry biscuits and homemade donuts.

Finally, we really appreciated the fact that the structure is committed to respecting the environment with ecological products (soap, shower gel).
If you have to stay in Termoli this is the place for you!

Wonderful structure, with attention to the smallest details, Effe residence is located a little off-center from the chaos of the center and offers a pleasant, quiet and cool night. The rooms are furnished with impeccable taste, all with a particular attention to eco-sustainability and craftsmanship. The abundant and varied breakfast features excellent handmade products.
The staff are young, welcoming and loving. It feels at home. They are also great advisers on activities and places to visit in Molise and its surroundings.
The structure is equipped with internal parking.
I will return and recommend this experience to anyone.

Structure just renovated with care and precision. Cozy, clean and equipped with all comforts. Excellent parking with the possibility of charging for electric cars. Last but not least the kindness and availability of the owners who do not fail to make you feel at home.

Large and very comfortable rooms with sea views. Breakfast served directly by the owners with absolutely quality and variety products. Desserts made directly by the owner. Special thanks to Francesca fantastic hostess. We will certainly return.

Simply everything perfect !!! Brand new structure, very well cared for, great attention to cleanliness; large rooms with balcony and fantastic sea view, comfortable beds, large bathroom with window, excellent breakfast with fresh products and ... the splendid welcome: from the legendary Gianfranco to the whole family, including the dog! Ideal for visiting Termoli and the Tremiti Islands; very convenient private parking and great attention to sustainability: good Francesca!
