Hotel and parking are outside of the ztl zones and the hotel is walking distance from an amazing truffle restaurant. The only part that bugged me about the hotel was the check in taking a bit longer than I’m used to.

Oldish hotel with its charme and a super centric location. Rooms are reasonably spacious and quite simple furnishing but with all services. I just missed water in room (there was a mini bar in the fridge but only with other beverages). Breakfast was quite varied and very tasty. Quick service and kind staff in breakfast room and reception.

A very neat hotel right in the city center. For breakfast we were offered a variety of sweet/salty like cakes, eggs etc. The room was clean, silent at night and bed comfortable. The heating can be managed easily via an ac system - as i saw some comments complaining about that.

This was a very last minute booking due to train cancellation. It is only 10 min walk from Alessandria station which is convenient. The staff upon check in were a bit rude however considering the trek we had been through with the trains. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked well as long as you were close by. I requested a double bed but instead were given two single beds pushed together...

Comfortable Really central hotel close to amenities. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast could be a lot better with vegan options such as plant based milk and making sure the jams on offer are not empty jars !

Home away from home Fantastic stay at this hotel. I had a late arrival, but that was no issues since the hotel has a 24h front desk. Quiet and calm area in Alessandria. The staff was awesome and I got help with what parking app to use and together were all multi-lingual. Room were cleaned every day and it was spotless. I will definitely be back

Cosy rooms, beautiful place, and a very friendly welcoming host. A perfect place to relax and recharge. Try out the cold plunge -- if you dare. Also, ask the host for recommendation for local wine tasting places nearby.

Excellent stay: the place is very quiet and relaxing. Lots of lush greens around the house, a little forest just round the corner and some charming history behind the Fornace. Owners are very welcoming and willing to help you turn your stay into a lovely tour of all sorts of tastes of the land, from food to wine.

The hotel is pretty much in the centre of town close to the rail station. It is, or perhaps was, what i might describe as a Commercial Hotel rather than a tourist hotel. Good stay in Londra Beautiful hotel offering everything I needed. It is well located a 4 minute walk from the train station, and a qui k stroll to the centre of town. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet. Coffee is very good and breakfast acceptable but certainly not exceptional. Would stay here agin without thinking about it.

Perfect hotel if you want to stay a few nights in this town, breakfast was plenty and the rooms are spacious and clean. Be aware that there is very limited free parking available in front of the hotel

It actually has a great location near the center. It's a shame it's a very dated and unfortunately neglected hotel. The bathroom isn't cleaned well; the shower grout is yellow and hasn't been cleaned in a while. It's small (it's understandable that it's small).
