Hotels in Alessandria

There are five more flies in the room. Really weird in this season. The breakfast is good.

Amazing food both at dinner and breakfast with excellent waiters. Comfortable beds and great bed linen. Very clean and nicely decorated.

Hotel and parking are outside of the ztl zones and the hotel is walking distance from an amazing truffle restaurant. The only part that bugged me about the hotel was the check in taking a bit longer than I’m used to.

My experience in downtown Alexandria, the capital of the Alexandria province, was quite standard. The front desk service was excellent, with fluent English communication. When I arrived without an Italian power outlet, they readily provided two new ones, saying "Here you are." Room service, cleanliness, and breakfast were all very good. The city was clean and tidy. Parking is usually available from...

Oldish hotel with its charme and a super centric location. Rooms are reasonably spacious and quite simple furnishing but with all services. I just missed water in room (there was a mini bar in the fridge but only with other beverages). Breakfast was quite varied and very tasty. Quick service and kind staff in breakfast room and reception.

A very neat hotel right in the city center. For breakfast we were offered a variety of sweet/salty like cakes, eggs etc. The room was clean, silent at night and bed comfortable. The heating can be managed easily via an ac system - as i saw some comments complaining about that.

Nice hotel, clean room, very welcoming staff, flexible check out, good location. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is pretty much in the centre of town close to the rail station. It is, or perhaps was, what i might describe as a Commercial Hotel rather than a tourist hotel. It looks a bit dowdy from the outside, but the rooms are large and spacious wit good solid tarditionally Italian wooden furniture. Overnoght was quite quiet. Breakfast was good, with a decent selectio of items. The hotel has no parking...

Good stay in Londra Beautiful hotel offering everything I needed. It is well located a 4 minute walk from the train station, and a qui k stroll to the centre of town. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet. Coffee is very good and breakfast acceptable but certainly not exceptional. Would stay here agin without thinking about it.

Perfect hotel if you want to stay a few nights in this town, breakfast was plenty and the rooms are spacious and clean. Be aware that there is very limited free parking available in front of the hotel

I recommend for everybody. I know this hotel is amazing. Breakfast is excellent a lot of options.. The room is super clean. The service is excellent And the location is excellent. You can walk anywhere from this hotel..

Everything we could have asked for! Excellent accommodation- bed, sheets, service, safe car park in front. Breakfast very good. Walk in shower as requested

Large well appointed rooms being renovated. Convenient place to stay in Alessandria.

This was a very last minute booking due to train cancellation. It is only 10 min walk from Alessandria station which is convenient. The staff upon check in were a bit rude however considering the trek we had been through with the trains. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked well as long as you were close by. I requested a double bed but instead were given two single beds pushed together...

Comfortable Really central hotel close to amenities. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast could be a lot better with vegan options such as plant based milk and making sure the jams on offer are not empty jars !

Nice place. Big rooms. They’re slowly updating the decor. Comfortable. Overall was fab! Great place. Great staff. Nice towels and even had secure off-road parking.

Cool, cosy. Neat and comfortable rooms.

Home away from home Fantastic stay at this hotel. I had a late arrival, but that was no issues since the hotel has a 24h front desk. Quiet and calm area in Alessandria. The staff was awesome and I got help with what parking app to use and together were all multi-lingual. Room were cleaned every day and it was spotless. I will definitely be back

It was a great hotel, well located, convenient for short stays. However you need to request and pay extra for the private parking mentioned

The location is perfect, only a short stroll to the city centre and the train station. The decor is pleasant and relaxing and the rooms are spacious enough. The website pics are exactly what you will find. The beds are comfortable and everything works! The price is great value for what the hotel offers and for it's position, there is nothing to fault. Super clean everywhere including the bathroom and...

Room was clean and the staff were friendly. located a short distance from the historic center. Walk to the train station.

Nice 3 star hotel located in a central area around which there are many restaurants to choose from for dinner. As to the reception of the hotel, the gentleman was very friendly and helpfull. Same applied to the breakfast staff, who served a varied and good breakfast. As to the room, we had family room as we were with 3 persons. The appartment was equipped with a kitchen/ sleeping room with two single...

Desk team very kind and helpful, breakfast a little poor, parking facility very useful and price acceptable considering location and size of the room. We were two adults and 2 teenage boys and stayed for a week

The location was excellent and the room was super clean. The breakfast was great. Thanks for the hospitality!

It actually has a great location near the center. It's a shame it's a very dated and unfortunately neglected hotel. The bathroom isn't cleaned well; the shower grout is yellow and hasn't been cleaned in a while. It's small (it's understandable that it's small). The room is very hot, but I think there's central heating (even though we turned it off, it was very hot). The beds are dated and the mattress...

Great little hotel, close the main square. Great little restaurant, De Palma, just across the road.

Nice hotel with a good value for money. Recommended!

Such a nice a hotel great location, amazing breakfast

Not brand new structure in the central area, a few steps from the train station. Good clean rooms, excellent hospitality and excellent internal services. Mediterranean breakfast, without many pretensions. Perhaps the only thing but to improve. Average prices with service rendered. To go back

Free wifi: ask for it at the reception.

This was the second time I spent a few days at La Fornace to recharge, last year with my son and this year with a friend. What a great time we had! Matteo is the gracious and generous host we all hope to have when going on vacation - attentive but not intrusive, always with a great recommendation on a place to visit or to eat in. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and spotless. Don't miss the cold...

Cosy rooms, beautiful place, and a very friendly welcoming host. A perfect place to relax and recharge. Try out the cold plunge -- if you dare. Also, ask the host for recommendation for local wine tasting places nearby.

A wonderful oasis of calm where you are warmly welcomed by the host. Everything as it should be and couldn't ask for more.

Quiet and posh location. The hosts were very helpful and communicative.

Matteo was a host extrardinar. Our visit was planned last minute and still he organized a visit to a Monferrato vineyard and made a reservation at a truly spectacular restaurant. His farm home is historic and yet so artistically curated and comfortable. An unplanned visit on our last night in Italy turned into our favorite part of out trip. Grazie La Fornace! The rooms were very nice and the beds...

Excellent stay: the place is very quiet and relaxing. Lots of lush greens around the house, a little forest just round the corner and some charming history behind the Fornace. Owners are very welcoming and willing to help you turn your stay into a lovely tour of all sorts of tastes of the land, from food to wine.
