This hotel lists itself as a 4 star but in reality it is more a 3 star hotel with basic amenities. It is very dated and run down in parts. The breakfast is poor and many items run out and are not replenished. The hotels location is excellent and just a short walk to the ski lifts.

Right at the bottom of the lift in a popular bar that shuts down in the early evening leaving everything very quiet. Comfortable bed. Whilst we were there it was very quiet but could easily hear people next door. Great hot tub and sauna for apres ski recovery!

We stopped for lunch after a mountain bike ride. The location is very convenient because it is a stone's throw from the parking lots and in front of the bike park lifts. We ate well with good portions and at an acceptable price. Veal with tuna sauce and guinea fowl salad are good. Polente is not bad. Great apartment in a great location- we have stayed numerous times over the years and find it very practical and comfy for a family stay - kitchen is well equipped and the reception are very helpful.

It is walking distance from campo smith valley (a bit of a long walk if you're carrying the skis but still good). The staff was helpful and extremely nice, facilities are great and very close to the train station.

Have stayed at the apartments for a number of holidays now - great space inside - lovely balcony and parking supported with a team that manage everything to ensure you have a great time. Location is great for the ski slopes, station, restaurants and supermarkets.

Great stay! Rooms are cozy, warm and confortable. The host is friendly and gave us lots of tips for our ski trip. It's a simple but complete hotel, 10 min walk from Campo Smith or 2 min on the free bus (bus stop is literally just outside the hotel). They serve a tasty breakfast and have a room for ski equipment downstairs. I'd recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We made a one-night stop here on a hiking trek. The hotel is fantastic, we enjoyed very comfortable beds, had a great rest and loved the delicious and manyfold breakfast options. The hotel owners were extremely kind and hostable. Highest recommendations!

Family-run hotel, like feeling at home, quiet location with a beautiful garden, exceptional cuisine (only in the evening, no lunches), homemade cakes for breakfast like I've never eaten, 5 stars are not enough.

The infrastructure might not be the newest, but really you have everything you need. Plus, a shout-out to the choices for breakfast: they thought about people with intollerances, which they rarely do. There were 3 options of plant-based milk and that was wonderful. Thank you! Staff and management are nice. But the bed is not OK and the room floors are bad and noisy when you walk. And 3 towel set, 2 bar soap and 2 plastic cups only in toilet. Breakfast and food OK.

A lovely little apartment with everything you need, conveniently close to the railway station, the free bus service and the main street. The place was already warm when we arrived which was lovely in the cold weather. Claudia spoke great English and was very helpful letting us adapt our arrival and departure times around our train time table.

Great place to stay. I stayed with my two boys one of whom sadly broke his scapula on day 1. Claudia was incredibly helpful and kind and despite the obvious setback we still had an amazing holiday. Les Lacs is right in centre of the town just off the high street and v near to the station. Free bus to the Campo Smith ski base and even if you walk that is only an easy 15min walk away. Very friendly host who provided us everything we needed. The location was brilliant - next door to a cosy bar with great drink choices and footsteps from the train station and the bus stop that takes you to the ski lifts in minutes!

Skifest placed us in a small, 2 person room with 4 people. Just 1 tiny room in which 4 people have to live with all our ski equipment. Would have been fine for 2 people.

Very good food, cozy place. They have specialities bith from north or south Italy. Usually have free tables when other restaurants don't. Prices fit Bardonecchia's mean value for restoration.

It's a good hotel but they charge too much for a lot of stuff
