Lakeside garden was very restful and the swimming pool was clean and quiet. Very helpful and friendly staff who made us feel at home. The hotel's jetty for the boat services on the lake was very convenient.

Excellent hotel. Excellent food and service. Lago d’Orta is very pretty indeed.

Beautiful location! Clean room. Great breakfast. Dinner was also good. Negative: fridge in room didn’t work which spoiled some food. Could use some decor upgrades.

Our lake view was magnificent. Well worth the extra charge. The restaurant was top notch, gourmet. Wine selection was excellent. Continental Breakfast was very good. Staff was polite and helpful. Location to visit the sites and grab the ferries was Ok. Beautiful area. Not crowded.

The location of this hotel is fantastic right on the lake front with a lovely pool and sunbathing area with steps to swim in beautiful lake Orta. The restaurant is very good and busy so the noise from the restaurant may be disturbing but we were ok with the balcony door to our room shut.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this charming hotel. The lakeside position is fantastic - it’s definitely worth paying more to get a lake view room. The room was quiet & clean with a comfortable bed and good linen - I think a proper feather duvet. We had a small balcony which was good for reading. The roof-top bar served pizza and light meals. We dined in the smart restaurant one evening - expensive...

Right on Lake Orta Lovely hotel right on Lake Orta. Private beach/deck area from which we swum in the lake. Pool area lovely too.
