Really nice hotel beside the lake, great view and nice restaurant.

Hotel in a unique location right on the lake, with a spectacular view of the island. Clean room and very kind staff. I would definitely come back.

Conveniently located right in front of Lake Orta with lake access. Lovely pool (did not use however). Comfortable room. Parking is tight to get into. Loading and unloading area. Walkable to main center. Shower and bathroom a little outdated. Breakfast buffet was average.

Convenient location Great location- five minute straight path to the main piazza. Overall the room was clean & comfortable. Beautiful mountain/lake/pool view. Only complaint - the mattress was awful. So old and indented that I actually woke up in the middle of the night feeling like I was going to roll out of the bed onto the floor.

The hotel has easy parking, a nice restaurant and bar and a lovely pool area. The staff were helpful and polite. It is within walking distance of the shops, main square and mini golf. I would happily stay at the Hotel San Rocco if I ever return to the lakes.

Breakfast was adequate but was under staffed. Rooms were very small and the air conditioning didn’t work properly so the room was warm. The hotel was clean and the staff were super friendly. We had an attic room with a fantastic view. The breakfast was exceptionally extensive and delicious. Walking distance to the lively town center.

Super friendly welcome, new hotel with spotless rooms and bathrooms, top-notch breakfast, free minibar and in-room snacks! And we really appreciated being able to bring our dog; they gave us a room with a small garden. Highly recommended!

I stayed one night and found the room, like the rest of the hotel, to be very clean. The furnishings were basic, with a tiny refrigerator on the floor that was quite uncomfortable. They should mention that there is no parking possibiliy at the Hotel, at least 5 to 10min by foot and it‘s not even allowed to unload in front of the Hotel.

I was a bit dubious reading the other reviews. Placed directly in the square with access through the cafe below to the rooms upstairs. Firstly you have to go to their sister hotel Caterina to book in and get the directions to park in the old part of town to drop your bags off and then go back up to park your car on waste land with a gate, which is free. Very nice hotel.. cozy/modern.. right in the middle of it all. It has a parking lot, that is convenient, still you need to walk 1 km to get to the hotel.. the breakfast was amazing, with the local market going on that day.. perfect italian setting.

This is a nice property that is perfectly situated in Orta San Giulio. They have parking that easy to access and the rooms were nice and very clean. We ate dinner the restaurant there and if we had to do again we would have gotten something in town. Not that it's bad, the service is good however it's a bit pricey for what you get. Overall this is a solid choice that we would be happy to return to.

Lovely little hotel in a lovely town. Reception went above and beyond to help us print out a boarding pass. Terrific view of Lake Orta from the balcony. The only things that weren’t amazing: no air conditioner (and it was 34 degrees!) and no hand soap provided.

Clean room, great patio with wonderful view of the lake. Location is great, walking distance to SanGiulio and the isola. On-site restaurant was great. The best aspect was the helpful and friendly staff who always went out of their way to make our stay great.

The location was perfect, easy to walk in to Orta San Giulio. Had a meal at the Hotel and the restaurant across the road, both meals were exceptional. Breakfast was great, we would definitely stay again if in the area again

We decided to spoil ourselves and chose a room facing the lake with a jacuzzi. A lovely spa/hotel with kind people. Food was abundant and tasty! Its going on my “to return to” list.

The staff was super kind and helpful with any questions we had. The little Spa Area is very nice after a long day of exploring. There's filtered water, coffee and tea available all day long but the absolut highlight was the breakfast! With homemade yogurt, cheese,butter and juices, so many different cakes and sweets. We had a really great stay.
