In a group of 18 I can not fault the hotel, the staff the Resturant team and especially the animation team (entertainment) We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived and like friends by the next day The holiday has been one to remember with memories never to be forgotten

Aging hotel with lots of promise if the management can see that it needs maintenance. The sign out front is the first tip off. The full lobby and terrace should be air conditioned. Just needs an automatic door going out the back door. Free breakfast is basically good. Coffee needs improvement. Baked goods were excellent. Might be good to offer quiche as well and run til 10am not 9:30!

Beautiful property, up graded room, large with nice large bathroom. Not very many people staying at hotel so breakfast was small, more of a Continental breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Sadly, as I live locally and was checking the hotel for friends, I cannot recommend this hotel. I had booked a Junior suite and was dismayed to find a large room with an additional sofa bed rather than a suite. We had booked a couples spa and massage but there was only one beautician available, the pool area is lovely but with no staff or lifeguard available poolside (in breach of H&S legislation)...

Receptionist was excellent and helpful. Room large and comfortable. Wanted lunch but this is where it all unravelled. Chaos so we drove into Marsala- 15 minutes away- and had lunch. Pool was nice. Breakfast next morning was a car crash. Service was awful and staff were rude and uncooperative. Again receptionist saved the day. Next morning breakfast even worse. Updated modern hotel, but if you don’t have a car there isn’t much to walk too. Location is not ideal unless you plan on spending the entire time at the hotel. The pool area is very nice, they charge for pool towels and close the pool at 6pm so they can use the area as a restaurant in the evening. Room was spacious, and clean. Definately Returning... Was not sure what to expect, as Hotel is a 25 minute walk from the Centre, but I booked the Hotel based on the Facilities, rather than the location. The Seawater hotel is a very nice and comfortable place to stay at. The spa is nice and we enjoyed the food. There is a special area to dry kite-gear overnight. Staff is very friendly, we would come back.

Right i center of Marsala The staff was charming and helpfull. Breakfast was good and the room a good size. Bed was on the hard side but many of them are. The room in general and bathroom in particular had a bit of a smell (coming from the dragon/sewer. Would stay here again.

Great hotel in central Marsala Wonderful and great value stay in a lovely hotel superbly located in centre of Marsala. Room was quiet and delightful with a private and spacious balcony on the roof. Old charm ,but bad location out of town . Considering it has 5 stars ,it lacked a lot nowhere near five star.Lovely staff however with it being the end of the season.A lot of facilities unavailable .Lovely giant pool no bar ,jacuzzi 30 euros half an hour .Nosocialable bar .Considering not full the room was comfortable except for the view and size of the shower .Could have been better.

Despite other reviewers negativity, we had a lovely and memorable stay at the Hotel Palace! The staff saved the day by arranging a private boat tour with a local guide when our original tour canceled at the last minute. Drinks by the pool, spacious room, plentiful breakfast. Staff also provided excellent dinner recommendations close to the hotel. They all went above and beyond.

Recommended if you can rent a car

Very nice room but I think you need 2 luggage holders in your hotel rooms because if you have 2 people in a room, there is normally 1 luggage for each person. That is my only complaint about your hotel. Other than that, it was fabulous !

Baglio Oneto is an amazing place. We had our wedding here and it could not have been better. Everything about it was perfect. All the staff were super helpful, from Miriam in the office to all the wait staff, barmen and receptionists they made us feel so special on our wedding day and all the other days. Oh my goodness! I cannot express how blissful our stay way! My boyfriend was planning to propose and not only did the staff accommodate us so well, but they went above and beyond to make sure our stay and the proposal went smoothly! Our four night stay was excellent! Our room was comfortable and well equipped. The bath towels and robes were plush soft, and pool towels are provided. A very welcoming team of helpful staff in this oasis of tranquility. The owners of the property are very present and contributed to making our stay a truly memorable one. The level of cleanliness was impeccable as was the food and service. I would recommend having a car as they do not serve lunch but there is a nice place close by where you could pick up some lunch and enjoy it at the Venue .

Clean and spacious rooms. Very welcoming host to see that we had all we needed. We could pick strawberries, oranges and lemons straight from the garden behind the house. All rooms modern with a/c TV and fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommended.

Good value for the money but not special

My husband and I stayed at Nino and Francesca's for two weeks in June. We met two fabulous people, super helpful and very kind, suffice it to say that when we arrived at Palermo airport we had an unexpected problem with the car rental and Nino came to pick us up from Marsala, then on the day of departure he brought us back. After an excellent 2 1/2 days in Palermo we set off for Marsala. If you’re traveling by car, it’s a 2 Hour Dr. and two Marsala. II Vecchio has plenty of parking adjacent to the building. Nice hotel with a big and enjoyable pool (which closes at 6:30 pm, kind of early). It's quiet and comfortable but A bit in the middle of nowhere. You need a car to reach the kite surfing spot.

New structure, well looked after. Spacious rooms equipped with every comfort, very good and varied breakfast, served by trained and kind staff. Beautiful swimming pool which however we were unable to try due to lack of time. Excellent value for money, truly recommended.

I had already stayed and the second time was confirmed. Friendliness and professionalism, pets allowed. Cleanliness of the rooms and service ok, good buffet breakfast, rooms with a pool view obviously more pleasant than those on the street. Soundproofing of the windows and doors ok, except for the walls.

I stayed at the Travini residence for 3 nights with my husband! Brand new structure, large rooms, well equipped and very clean. It has a beautiful swimming pool and a large internal car park. The staff was kind and helpful for all our requests, the breakfast was super with excellent quality products! I recommend the brioches with sugar!! Super recommended! We will definitely return
