Hotel in the center of Marsala, perfect for walking around the city center without having to take a car. Clean and comfortable rooms (in 6 days, I didn't see the cleaning staff, but I always found the rooms perfectly tidy. They were also discreet in cleaning. The breakfast was quite generous, perhaps I would have preferred something more gluten-free (being celiac). The icing on the cake was the convenience of finding the car in front of the entrance at the time I agreed, thanks to the organization of the reception staff, who deserve sincere applause for their simple and friendly professionalism. Congratulations on the entrance at the time agreed with the hotel staff.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful service. We had a lovely room with a rooftop terrace overlooking the city and the large church in the photo. The city itself is wonderful with friendly people and pleasant to walk around - even at night.

Right i center of Marsala
The staff was charming and helpfull. Breakfast was good and the room a good size. Bed was on the hard side but many of them are. The room in general and bathroom in particular had a bit of a smell (coming from the dragon/sewer. Would stay here again.

Great hotel in central Marsala
Wonderful and great value stay in a lovely hotel superbly located in centre of Marsala. Room was quiet and delightful with a private and spacious balcony on the roof. Breakfast room is spacious and decorated with original works of art, and the breakfast itself generous. Staff exceptionally helpful and attentive.

Best Western Hotel Stella goes the extra mile. Set in the center of beautiful Marsala, convenient to restaurants and the sea. Great location for eating shopping and taking in the beautiful sights of Marsala. Staff was attentive to every detail. They were professional, courteous, and friendly. Breakfast has ample choices fit for every taste. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. We visited for a 3 night stay and had an amazing time in Marsala. A must.

This is a well situated hotel ideal for exploring Marsala. There are restaurants nearby and major sites are within walking distance. Rooms are well appointed, beds are comfortable and bathrooms have all the conveniences necessary. They even have towel warmers. Staff is helpful, professional and friendly. Nice for a three night stay

The front desk staff was very personable; the room was quite large for just 2 of us; and quite clean. Located within the historic area, our balcony overlooked the small side street with restaurants and shop fronts. Downside was trying to drive to it by way of these quaint, very small side streets. The recommended dinner - Trattoria Garibaldi was fantastico. It was definitelyTLZ (and we were intimidated driving tiny alleyways in rental car) but front desk sent our plate info to local police - and no way to reach hotel unless you do TLZ - supposed to keep us from getting serious fine.
