Francesco is adorable and very welcoming! Lovely garden with turtles 🐢💚 Nice location, mosquito barriers at the window, large bathroom/shower, breakfast is nice and kitchen very convenient. Nice places to ear nearby with discount saying you're a guest here. Proximity to the coast/beach. Easy checkout.

Francesco was a great host, provided us with recommendations on restaurants, places to visit etc. The place was very well kept, clean, comfortable and well equiped. Beautiful garden with some special inhabitants - there are turtles living in the garden, which can be fed with some fruits left for them in the fridge. Plentiful breakfast. Free public parking in at the building or on the steet nearby.

Very nice room with clean bathroom. 6 min walk to train station, but the host was so kind to pick us up with the car. Breakfast was very good and there were many options. Really recommend this place!

I stayed here for a few days' vacation. The location is excellent, about a kilometer from the Mongiove beach, which is very large and well-equipped. The apartments are clean and well-organized. The indoor pool is convenient.

Everything would be fantastic if it weren't for that poor dog in the pool—a dirt-filled tub with no water, no food, and one of the two lifeguards, while spraying degreaser on the bench, tried to spray it on the dog, scaring him away. Luckily, we provided him with water in a glass and food! You have a restaurant, what does it cost you to feed and drink him? Shame on you 😡

We spent 15 days in complete relaxation. The structure is very welcoming, located a few kilometers from Patti Marina to be precise in Mongiove. The rooms, in which we stayed, were large, welcoming and extremely clean. There is everything needed to prepare food but, as an alternative in the structure adjacent to the reception there is the restaurant "Meraviglia" in name and in fact. Excellent staff...

We booked this hotel for a football tournament and were positively surprised. Rooms clean, everything works, outside areas well taken care off and the owners tried to make our stay enjoyable and went out of their way actually. They even imported beer from our country !

We could visit Tindari and Marina di Patti in a few minutes. Highly recommended for those driving through Sicily, it's just out of the auto Strada, and very safe at night to park in the Residence. You can enjoy the lovely home made food too !!

Three stars for the location, but reading the other reviews I feel like I've been to another place! Arrived there was half a roll of toilet paper and there was no hand soap and a bubble bath, for seven people came a jar with soap inside that we had to measure to wash, and breakfast well, a croissant and coffee from the coffee maker , maybe I'm used to antri b & b where they make you find more things...

Holiday like by friends, this describes the hotel the best. Totally relaxing, super nice private beach and loads of things to do in the proximity. Rooms are still fine, even the matrasses could be a bit more comfortable.
