Strongly recommend.Perfectly located, a few minutes from the motorway and a five minute drive to a quiet beach at Mongiove. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. The restaurant offers well prepared food if you don't want to cook every day. The apartments are extremely clean with all the necessities if you want to cook. Ideal for families with kids are older couples as the guests were very attentive to the few basic rules to ensure that everyone enjoys a relaxing moment. For somebody who isn't a fan of residences I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and peace of the place. Will definitely be going back.

I stayed here for a few days' vacation. The location is excellent, about a kilometer from the Mongiove beach, which is very large and well-equipped. The apartments are clean and well-organized.
The indoor pool is convenient.

Everything would be fantastic if it weren't for that poor dog in the pool—a dirt-filled tub with no water, no food, and one of the two lifeguards, while spraying degreaser on the bench, tried to spray it on the dog, scaring him away. Luckily, we provided him with water in a glass and food! You have a restaurant, what does it cost you to feed and drink him? Shame on you 😡

My partner and I had a great time! Very kind staff and high quality accommodation: clean, quiet (at least in September), spacious, equipped with the comforts needed for a seaside holiday. Everything was really welcoming, swimming pool, restaurant, children's play area! The closest beach is less than 5 minutes away by car (among the most beautiful we have visited in the area! Mongiove). The town of Patti (both Patti marina and Patti vecchia on the hill) are also 5 minutes away and very suggestive. 10 minutes from there another splendid town and beach (Tindari). The rest, Cefalù, Taormina, Messina, all more or less an hour or so away by car. I will return to take the boat trip to the Mongiove caves that we were unable to do this year right near the Midimare residence. Sara and Max

We spent 15 days in complete relaxation. The structure is very welcoming, located a few kilometers from Patti Marina to be precise in Mongiove. The rooms, in which we stayed, were large, welcoming and extremely clean. There is everything needed to prepare food but, as an alternative in the structure adjacent to the reception there is the restaurant "Meraviglia" in name and in fact. Excellent staff ready to give explanations and advice on excursions to do. A short distance away is the Sanctuary of the Madonna di Tindari and doing a few more kilometers there is Milazzo, from whose port boats leave to reach the Aeolian Islands. If you want to spend a holiday in complete relaxation you can take advantage of the services and tranquility that "houses" in the structure. I recommend it

We booked this hotel for a football tournament and were positively surprised. Rooms clean, everything works, outside areas well taken care off and the owners tried to make our stay enjoyable and went out of their way actually. They even imported beer from our country !

We could visit Tindari and Marina di Patti in a few minutes. Highly recommended for those driving through Sicily, it's just out of the auto Strada, and very safe at night to park in the Residence. You can enjoy the lovely home made food too !!

Both our apartments were clean, spacious and with well-equipped kitchens. The swimming pool area was lovely. All the members of staff we met were friendly and helpful. Overall a great choice for our weekend stay!

Very nice stay in the residence! Everything was very clean and the staff was extremly friendly!
The food in the evening was extraordinary! The chef cooks tipical sicilian and it was very authentic!
Nino is a perfect host and gifts us some spicy peperoncino🌶️ and selfmade oil 🫒!
