Satisfactory service, installation and food

Positives and negatives: beach side with access to the rocky beach. Quiet area, but next to the railway tracks. Without the car it might be difficult to find any transport, long walk uphill to the town. Nice pool, unfortunately they empty it for cleaning reason and remain empty for three days (salt water). Two small parkings, but the only access road is under construction (September 24). Bar and restaurant...

Beautiful ,clean hotel. Amazing staff and hospitality. Delicious and freshly cooked food. Everyone was reeally helpful and owners always made sure you looked after always very happy to help. Location was nice . Ocean view. Room was nice. Bed is hard. Had to get up and brush off sheet. It felt like it had sand in the bed. They did provide extra pillows. Breakfast was a typical European breakfast. Nothing hot. The guy that served us seemed irritated when we asked for more coffee. It was off season so maybe during the summer it would be different.

Meh….would not go back Very minimal services. No breakfast or coffee in the morning. Very loud music from a party until 1:30 in the morning. Hallways had no lights on so we had to walk in the dark to our room. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Heat was not on in the room when we arrived so it took almost an hour for the room to heat up. Staff was friendly. Perhaps it being off season everything...

Wonderful Hotel Our stay at Za' Maria was beautiful. The hotel is quite out-dated but made up for this by being kept so clean. I couldn't find one single fault there. The staff were wonderful and friendly. Definitely going back to stay there when we are in that area.

Hotel was nice and clean the owner was a very nice amiable person .food was standard 3 star fare with the emphasis on fish ,one thing I would say is you need a car to get about from za Maria I don’t drive so felt kind of stuck in the area no taxis ,no buses to get around

Property and staff were awesome. Super clean rooms and excellent breakfast

The B&B is beautiful, both in terms of its facilities and rooms... with one flaw: they didn't provide me with a bottle of water, not even a 500 ml one. Usually, they provide me with a bottle of water, both in Italy and abroad.

Excellent service, delicious, high-quality breakfast at the bar, and a fully equipped mini-apartment without the frills. Congratulations and thank you.

We stayed for one night. The rooms were clean, the mattress was terrible. The shameless thing is that we stayed until 8:30 in the morning waiting for breakfast, but the bar wasn't open. We'd been up since 7:00, but nothing happened. At 8:45, we left because the bar hadn't opened yet. It was a huge disappointment.

Great hospitality we were guests for one night, everything in order and clean. Optimal point of the structure to walk to the pottery shops and to go to the center in the fantastic alleys that are there. I also recommend you to go to their bar where you can eat very well. Super friendly staff and great people.

Guests for three nights: comfortable, clean apartment in a good location near the main street. A special applause to the boys of the creperie to refer to for breakfasts and more ... for their kindness and professionalism

A family-run establishment, in reality the structure is dislocated in several appantamento distant a few lanes one from the other all nice, well taken care of and recently restructured. The owners are very good, helpful and welcoming people. The room was clean and minimalist but cozy. In short, I found myself well at a reasonable price despite a busy day
