My partner and I bought a shell box following a trip to the site last year. You could tell the site was coming out of a tough covid restriction but we still instantly felt a connection there and to the beautiful town nearby. We stayed over Christmas, stayed over in May, July and also the end of August to experience the different seasons. The staff are very friendly that run the site and we have made...

We have just returned after a lovely10 day stay at the park. We bought a holiday home here last October 2021 as we found the park ideal for seeing the sights. We have visited by car Viarreggio, Livorno, Lucca, Sienna, San Gimignano, Montecantini Alte and Castiglioncello all within an hour. We also visited Liguria and Island of Elba which is longer but well worth it. There is a station in San Romano...

We stayed here in a dome tent for 3 nights. Everyone at the site is really helpful and the site has a very friendly feel to it. We were picked up from the train station by the owner and dropped off again, really kind. The food on site is also delicious and the pool area is clean with plenty of space and a very relaxed atmosphere.

Quiet camping. Toilets and showers are a bit outdated and not very clean, but ok. Prices for a pitch are affordable for Tuscany area. Many cats on the camping. Very good situated to visit cities like Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and many more. All within 1 our drive from the camping.

The staff was friendly and helpful, large swimming pool with shade. Low control in the use of space for tents: some people occupied larger areas than they should. Good places with shade for the tent. The worst part: the toilets are old, broken and not clean enough. Excellent location to visit touristic cities in Toscana.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day holiday in a mobile home here in June. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the park is delightful - lots of trees and clean and tidy with great facilities including a bar, restaurant and fabulous pool area. We didn't miss having a car as the quaint local village with bars, restaurants, shops, doctor, post office etc is only a few minutes' walk away and...

Rooms very clean, meticulously maintained with invested decor and outside garden. Easy check in and warm welcome. Walking distance from excellent Ganzo restaurant. We stayed here with our bikes during Tuscany trail in May and thought it was perfect

Excellent structure and services

One of few possibilities, where to stay overnight in Castelfranco di Sotto and its surrounding especially during the Tuscany Trail event. The owner is very kind and personally serves breakfast. The price seems to be slightly higher, but acceptable.

Highly recommended. A beautiful place, a clean house and the owner even helped us beyond her duties, she even gave us documents that we urgently needed, we are very grateful to her for that

Strategic location, wonderful location with swimming pool and whirlpool. Pink apartment fantastic for cleanliness and furnishings. Mrs CATIA very helpful and welcoming. Amazing sweet and savory breakfast under a fantastic porch.We will be back for sure.Marina
