The rooms were reasonable and the staff fine. The star was breakfast which was extensive including smoked salmon and avocado and 6 types of cake.

the hotel is a business hotel and almost only visited by groups. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to downtown Sansepolcro, partly on the street. Our room was good, but a bit old, the bathroom was ok. At breakfast, although already at 7:30, there was a larger group in the breakfast room, everything had been eaten, hardly anything was refilled, the coffee from the large pot was not drinkable. I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been pleased. This time, not so much. The guy at the front desk, zero personality. On the surface all looked clean but dig deeper. Window louvers dirty full of cobwebs, random black hairs (not mine!) in shower and underneath soap packages, etc. This place needs a good cleaning.

Nice hotel, useful climatisation everywhere (38°C outside in July !), with a very good restaurant with affordable price. Their only problem ? Almost all employees don't speak English or have a very poor level of English.

Rooma good for stay a little time, nice location and personal

A dated hotel with an air of history. The small rooms, to go to my room I had to walk three floors because there is no elevator. However it is located in the historic center a few dozen meters from the cathedral and the main square.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights with a coupon, returning to Terni. The owners are of a kindness and of a unique availability, the rooms and the other very clean spaces, the abundant breakfast and in the room there is the conditioned air. On the top floor there is a panoramic terrace with a beautiful view of San Sepolcro, the position of the hotel is very central and easily reachable by car....

Attracted by the several positive reviews I decided to have lunch in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant on the first floor is very nice and the staff are kind and helpful. The really delicious mixed appetizer with also an excellent taste in the dish, the first ones instead disappointed me, really not very tasty.

Great location, very central and easy to access by car. Beautiful room and bathroom. Good and plentiful breakfast in the morning and the owner is extremely courteous. His indications for dining in the surroundings are excellent.

No doubt many years ago, this hotel offered a good selection andare of accommodation and service. The recent stay, the bathroom needed quite a bit of attention. the toilet seat broken, hot water nearly absent and functioning only when pressure reduced. There was evidence on the windowsill of mouse droppings, but outside of the insect net. It was disappointing having expressed these issues that...

Beautiful building and spacious room but the most important super polite staff

My stay was superlative! I definitely had lower expectations, since you wouldn’t expect to have a 10/10 stay at a Relais in a small town of Tuscany. Rather it’s more likely to receive this type of service in a 5 stars hotel in Rome (I’m not sure anymore!). Relais Oroscopo is beautiful and cozy, as well as the staff who work there.
