Sounds all great...but for a pilgrim a 2 night minimum is not practicable...I wanted to book, but just for one night...

The relais is located in a beautiful house, very close to the center of Sansepolcro, within walking distance.
Well-appointed double rooms, extremely quiet!!!
Breakfast prepared by the manager, with excellent cakes... savory options available upon request!

No doubt many years ago, this hotel offered a good selection andare of accommodation and service. The recent stay, the bathroom needed quite a bit of attention. the toilet seat broken, hot water nearly absent and functioning only when pressure reduced. There was evidence on the windowsill of mouse droppings, but outside of the insect net. It was disappointing having expressed these issues that not so much of an apology but an explanation of how these problems would be rectified later.

The hotel was exactly what we needed. It was clean, convenient, and the staff was kind and accommodating. I am glad we stayed there.

My stay was superlative! I definitely had lower expectations, since you wouldn’t expect to have a 10/10 stay at a Relais in a small town of Tuscany. Rather it’s more likely to receive this type of service in a 5 stars hotel in Rome (I’m not sure anymore!). Relais Oroscopo is beautiful and cozy, as well as the staff who work there. The place is very clean too. The cherry on top of the cake: their breakfast, it’s been amazing! I recommend Relais Oroscopo to everybody who’s reading me because credit is where credit’s due!

My stay was awesome. The place is super nice and cozy; it reflects the staff who work here as they’re very friendly and helpful. I cannot list any flaws and I have 0 complaints. I totally recommend this place to anybody!

First of all I wonder if the reviews I have read about this Resort refer to this one or to others. We, my wife and I can say that the person who said he was the owner gave us an unprofessional welcome. He assigned us a room on the first floor called "Platonica", small, narrow and without any support for suitcases. The very small bathroom, cramped shower cubicle with the shower head that threw water in all directions as well as on the body, impossible mixing of the water temperature. Non-buffet breakfast with very little choice and unlimited sugar with an old, very unhygienic brass sugar bowl in a room that gives the air of an old and poorly maintained fake. Carpet in the common passage areas. The swimming pool mentioned in the other reviews, not even seen from the windows. The only positive note is the private internal parking, but for a fee. Absolutely bad value for money. NOT ADVISABLE
