Really an excellent solution, in terms of positioning and offer, for those who want to visit Versilia. Relaxing location, thanks to the presence of a well-kept swimming pool, and very welcoming and helpful owners.

A family of professionals in this business who makes you feel welcomed and pampered. Location is good: to the beach is either a 20' bike ride or a 10' car trip. Breakfast is super. Pool immersed in the olive trees does not make you feel you need the beach actually.

I was doing a road trip around Central Italy, in specific Tuscany region, so i stayed in Villa a Case Rosse for few nights. I needed an affordable place not far from the beach with free parking as I was by car. Wasn't sure what to expect, I was even a bit worried, but in the end I was very pleasantly surprised. Service is ok, but the breakfast is too much expensive.

Great place to chill :) nice atmosphere, good food and drinks! There's also a restaurant nearby if you fancy something more formal and a proper menu :) just be aware of moschitos as it's in the middle of these nice olive trees field

My favorite place in Versilia! Nice atmosphere, impeccable service, good prices... The staff are all friendly (and multilingual!) Totally worth a visit!
