This fine hotel , the Lido extension, which faces the sea ,is best described by me as “shabby chic” and I wouldn’t want to stay at another hotel in Forte . It was one of the best experiences we've had at a resort in years. The service, facilities, and restaurants were absolutely flawless. The staff was exceptional—every single one of them. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was super friendly. I was extremely disappointed in my room. The bathroom was old and not renovated. It was also extremely noisy from the guests even-though I was in a room away from the elevator. I guess these hotel, are not sound proofed. We stayed for 1 week and has the most enjoyable time. The staff were particularly helpful, accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I mainly dealt with Stephania and Bazi who were great. Hotel was great but had multiple billing errors caused by the hotel staff. Unfortunately their team and General Manager have avoided any reasonable attempt to discuss with them. Staff makes up excuses and says "no one is available" whenever calls are made. Again, the hotel itself was great. Wish the team would have been as well.

Beautiful rooms, hotel and pool. Really poor, albeit expensive breakfast (what a shame for a hotel hosting a Michelin star restaurant)… no water on your bedside table, so cheap for a 5* hotel.

Personal is the best here. So kind and full of willingness. Hotel is very clean, has beautiful gardens with a great pool. There is a possibility to borrow a bike. Hotel is really cute like the pictures. Rooms are a little old but spacious. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were really nice, and helpful specially Deborah and Nadir. I had the pleasure of spending several days at the hotel this spring creating a virtual walkthrough of the facility.
