Starting from the assumption that it is a 3 star I didn't expect much, but it was better than expected. The strong points are the location, ideal for getting around the Siena area, the parking, the 24-hour reception, the tranquility, the excellent breakfast and a good quality/price ratio, the sore point is the slightly dated room, the bathroom needs to be seen again. All in all it went well.

I was a guest of the structure with my family during the long weekend of 2 June. The place is charming and absolutely relaxing. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need to spend a few days in absolute tranquility. My friends and I booked a room in villa Tuscany for four days a month ago. The couple that owns the rooms are wonderful people and very hospitable. Great clean hotel just outside of the historic town of Siena walls. Convenient bus pick up directly outside of hotel. Only issue is the bus stops running at 830 and taxis are few and far between. Best described as a value for money. Nice villa in close proximity to Siena. Not very warm welcome but at the end the approach was fine. Breakfast room quite tiny and cramped. Bus takes you to up to the city in 5 minutes. Back you can walk in circa 20 or 30 minutes. If you came by car and want to save some money, this is ideal place to stay.

I highly recommend this place. I got a private room for a fair price. Siena is breathing but you wanna step away from the city to experience the countryside too. There are a few buses, definitely enough to get in and out somewhat comfortably. Careful though, I believe there are no more buses after 8 or 10 or so, so you wanna double check.

This hotel bills itself as a 4 star which it most definitely is not. We stayed in an annexe - Casa Bianca off the main villa which looks more like a 60s youth detention centre than a hotel and is furnished as such. Whilst we were there there were problems with the water which meant there was no running water in the taps or the toilets did not flush - and no hint of an apology from the hotel staff....

Great view of the wall at sunset. The panoramic view of the Tuscany landscape can be seen from the rooftop cafe of the hotel. The bus stations are in frontof the hotel. The breakfast was really great. A taxi from the hotel to the train station was about 18 euros.

If you are tired then yes there is bed and shower, but room had no Window and parking is somewhere where You can find the place. Pics and info aren"t accurate. Room is underground, so how you say that there is a window. Better to be honest than make up. Post a pic of this room and prove that there is street level view.

The biggest regret is that there is no elevator. The building is very high and the stairs are difficult to climb. No one in the hotel helped with the luggage, so I had to carry the large suitcase up the stairs by myself, which was very tiring. The location and environment are pretty good.

Having booked with another local hotel - The Athena - who were completely obnoxious and unhelpful regarding the parking. I stumbled across this gem. The staff were so helpful and accomplished ~ first class customer service.

I have been staying here for over 10 years and I would never consider staying anywhere else in Siena. Perfect old world charm, massive, comfortable rooms, and the garden out back has incredible views out over the countryside. Location of this property was awesome. We were able to walk to the old city and explore without stress. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable, and assisted with booking things. Overall, this was an amazing stay for us. The suite was spacious, with spectacular views of the Duomo and the city. It’s perfectly located in the center, close to everything. I highly recommend it. Although called B&B, there was no offer of breakfast. It was a comfortable stay and it was near all the sights. Bathroom had a sensor light and had tendecy to go out when you were having a shower plunging you into pitch darkness if you have the door closed!

My room is in great condition as well as the bathroom. There is a shared kitchenette with refrigerator. Joy, the manager of the property ,was extremely helpful and available during business hours to provide advice and help with transport although it is a fairly short walk to the bus terminal. Would stay at this place again in the event that I get back to Siena and I do recommend it.

The bathroom and outdoor terrace were nice.

From Friday, May 30th, we stayed for three nights at this pleasant B&B, where we found good rooms, free on-site parking, and adequate services. The weather was excessively hot, and we would have appreciated breakfast outside on the lovely patio, which we found to be underused. A double room costs around €120; we would improve the breakfast if possible! Alternatively, the property also runs Aia Country...

Initially we were not overly impressed with the room as it was a little tired and in need of a little TLC especially the shower unit (some rooms had been updated we noticed in the photos) but overall we warmed to it very quickly. It was spacious, comfortable, air conditioned and serviced each day, as requested. There isn't a tea/coffee maker in your room but one is available in a communal living space...

We stayed for one night. Excellent solution, very convenient, close to my grandson's house. Very quiet and beautiful room. Abundant breakfast in a very welcoming atmosphere. The building is very beautiful. Reserved internal parking. Kind and courteous owners. Thank you, Monica and Maurizio.

I see posts about hosts being veey nice, and it is often fake. But i have to say, the guy working here (i dont even know his name as i forgot) is incredibly nice, welcoming and friendly.. He showed us all the good restaurants in town, wwnt out of his way to give us our favorite croissants, and even gave us a meal for breakfast we couldnt attend the following day!

This is a small hotel that exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent. Two things: firstly, it's very close to Siena Cathedral and Piazza del Duomo; secondly, it's right next to the Old City Gate, effectively avoiding ZTL restrictions. The service is particularly outstanding; the manager can quickly provide guidance and answer your questions via email. The window offers a view of the Old Cathedral

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable, fresh sheets, bedding. Staff were courteous, friendly.

Our stay was nice. The place was very clean. The owner was very nice and accomodating. Just one warning, there are general curtains up that you can kind of see through. No issue but be prepared.

Excellent location!!! In the old center of Siena. Doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel. Breakfast is delivered to your room upon prior request. The breakfasts are good. The train station is a 20-25-minute walk away.

Location, service and room are great. There’s no blackout curtains though so be sure to pack your eye mask! And, it faces a square that happened to be hosting a very festive party one of the nights we stayed - so earplugs would have been good. The second night was nice and quiet so overall would recommend

Probably the best location, with parking and access by car, and the closest proximity to the historic part of the city. Simona kindly met us in the parking lot and showed us to our room. It's a two-story building, with a small lobby, common areas, and rooms on the second floor. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed.
