I love this hotel. We stayed here for my birthday and honeymoon and is the best hotel I have every stayed in, anywhere else in the world it would be a 5star+ hotel. The staff can not do enough for you, I have never experienced customer service like it, anything you want to do while staying with them they will organise restaurant, taxi, activities etc. You dont have to lift a finger. I am very surprised for the low rate. I came with my husband and 3 girls and loved it!! The rooms were spacious and clean. The reception is open 24/7 and the people are super nice. There are a few good restaurants around and some fun activities such as thermal baths. Would love to come back again.

Beautiful and friendly place! Location is near many Tuscany highlights, the pool is amazing, we loved the ‘garden room’ to dine outside with veggies and fruit from the garden, and the service was outstanding, every request we had was fulfilled within minutes. The family room is a two-room, highly recommended hotel. Across the street from Carrefour and a coffee shop, breakfast and lunch were easily available. The hotel offers a user-friendly environment, free parking, and a bus service 🚌 directly to the old town. So satisfying, I stayed two nights.

My friends and I booked a room in villa Tuscany for four days a month ago. The couple that owns the rooms are wonderful people and very hospitable. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was amazing, also the lady was very helpful and gave as many tips for Siena and helped us with the public buses. I stayed for one night with my girlfriend and it was a really pleasant surprise, the attention was perfect, the room clean and comfortable and the breakfast 10/10 for the price. I would totally recommend it. Even though its a bit far its quite easy to take the bus.

Great clean hotel just outside of the historic town of Siena walls. Convenient bus pick up directly outside of hotel. Only issue is the bus stops running at 830 and taxis are few and far between. We walked for roughly 20 minutes and didn’t mind. We didn’t get a chance for the pool but it looked refreshing. Great friendly host with lots of recommendations and helpful tips.

This hotel bills itself as a 4 star which it most definitely is not. We stayed in an annexe - Casa Bianca off the main villa which looks more like a 60s youth detention centre than a hotel and is furnished as such. Whilst we were there there were problems with the water which meant there was no running water in the taps or the toilets did not flush - and no hint of an apology from the hotel staff....

A Great Stay in Siena La Villa is very close to the city center and the major tourist attractions. The rooms are extremely clean. The hotel breakfast is good and a nice value.

The biggest regret is that there is no elevator. The building is very high and the stairs are difficult to climb. No one in the hotel helped with the luggage, so I had to carry the large suitcase up the stairs by myself, which was very tiring. The location and environment are pretty good.

Having booked with another local hotel - The Athena - who were completely obnoxious and unhelpful regarding the parking. I stumbled across this gem. The staff were so helpful and accomplished ~ first class customer service.

I have been staying here for over 10 years and I would never consider staying anywhere else in Siena. Location of this property was awesome. We were able to walk to the old city and explore without stress. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable, and assisted with booking things. The only drawback was the mattress was uncomfortable and both of us woke up sore every day. If they update their mattresses, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.

Huge apartment, plenty of space, good kitchen, washing machine, clean and spotless, comfy beds. Did I mention huge space? Right in the middle of the historic city. Note it is on the second floor, so there are stairs. Could do with another sofa in the cavernous living room. Still highly recommended.

The room was excellent, and the entire place, from the hallway to the room itself, was very clean. The self-check-in instructions were clear. The living room was spacious and bright, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The location is great, right near the cathedral, making it convenient to get everywhere. We booked a two-bedroom apartment, and having two bathrooms was extremely convenient.

The room and bathroom are both very large. It is located in the old town of Siena, close to many attractions. It is a few minutes' walk to Piazza del Campo. There are also many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel has a small courtyard, which is not large but very beautifully decorated.

Out of all the places we stayed in Italy, this was by far the most satisfying. It's spacious and quite clean, and the bathroom felt like a European deluxe version, which I was very pleased with.

Overall, this was an amazing stay for us. The suite was spacious, with spectacular views of the Duomo and the city. It’s perfectly located in the center, close to everything. I highly recommend it. The only suggestion I have is for the property to receive a bit of TLC to upgrade it slightly, but other than that, it was an incredible stay.

Although called B&B, there was no offer of breakfast. It was a comfortable stay and it was near all the sights. Bathroom had a sensor light and had tendecy to go out when you were having a shower plunging you into pitch darkness if you have the door closed!

I was a little confused because the structure was such that I couldn't check in/out at all after a certain time, but they kindly welcomed me in a situation that could have been a nuisance. It was a really good accommodation that faithfully performed the function of a B&B.

My room is in great condition as well as the bathroom. There is a shared kitchenette with refrigerator. Joy, the manager of the property ,was extremely helpful and available during business hours to provide advice and help with transport although it is a fairly short walk to the bus terminal. Would stay at this place again in the event that I get back to Siena and I do recommend it.

This is a small hotel that exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent. Two things: firstly, it's very close to Siena Cathedral and Piazza del Duomo; secondly, it's right next to the Old City Gate, effectively avoiding ZTL restrictions. It's a two-story building, with a small lobby, common areas, and rooms on the second floor. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. By 11 p.m., the square had quieted down completely, so we slept...

Had a lovely time! Rooms good and quite, breakfast was delicious and service superior! Location is great, Parking is available and convenient !

Excellent choice for us due to the comfortable and safe parking (motorcycles). But in the end we appreciated the professional treatment, the cleaning, the delicious breakfast, the big rooms and many other advantages. It's not in the centre of Sienna (can't walk) but its easy by bus or your own vehicles.

From Friday, May 30th, we stayed for three nights at this pleasant B&B, where we found good rooms, free on-site parking, and adequate services. The weather was excessively hot, and we would have appreciated breakfast outside on the lovely patio, which we found to be underused. A double room costs around €120; we would improve the breakfast if possible! Alternatively, the property also runs Aia Country...

Excellent. Stefano and his sister (sorry, I didn't get her name, shame to me) were really charming and helpfull. And heavy followers of the Contrade del Drago (unfortunately, they were not very lucky in the July 25 Palio) The room is perfect, good AC, and breakfast is also very nice. Highly recommended if you don't want to be inside the old town but want to be close enough (20 min walk or bus or 1...

Initially we were not overly impressed with the room as it was a little tired and in need of a little TLC especially the shower unit (some rooms had been updated we noticed in the photos) but overall we warmed to it very quickly. It was spacious, comfortable, air conditioned and serviced each day, as requested. There isn't a tea/coffee maker in your room but one is available in a communal living space...

Very nice staff. Convenient location. Room a bit small. A free bottle of water would be nice and you would expect a better cappuccino in Italy

Check in was relatively easy— I ended up calling because the directions didn’t tell us where to go once in building. After that, it was quick. Breakfast is a 5 minute walk to cafe. They have a list to choose from. Room and bathroom was a nice size. 5 min walk to Vatican.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Great location walking distance from the Campo. Plenty of bars and restaurants around. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely loved this stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and got me taxis etc when I needed them. The room was so comfortable with high tech support for working and relaxing. The meals were absolutely delicious and served with great customer service. This was a gem of a place to stay. The area is also beautiful and has much to offer in terms of a relaxing stay. I would happily go again!

Safe, quieter location with room facing back. No lift. Excellent location to sights and food. About 15 min walk to bus station but further from train station. Check in staff elsewhere - 1/2 block away. Direct drop off door by taxi . In room mini bar and safe, coffee and tea .AC. Large window that opens
