I booked a room with a terrace and could see a football field. I woke up the next day and watched the sunrise. It was a great experience. Siena is a place that makes the soul quiet.

We stayed just one night. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The housekeeping was excellent. We had dinner at the restaurant. The food was very good. The atmosphere was relaxing. The staff were kind and attentive.

We think that the hotel is not worth the money. The walls are shabby, there was no blanket (and we were very cold), no kettle and cups in the room, uncomfortable pillows. Strong audibility. The strangest hotel purely for an overnight stay. It is not located in a picturesque area. The only thing is a good breakfast and there is a charger for an electric car.

This hotel bills itself as a 4 star which it most definitely is not. We stayed in an annexe - Casa Bianca off the main villa which looks more like a 60s youth detention centre than a hotel and is furnished as such. Whilst we were there there were problems with the water which meant there was no running water in the taps or the toilets did not flush - and no hint of an apology from the hotel staff....

Overall, this was an amazing stay for us. The suite was spacious, with spectacular views of the Duomo and the city. It’s perfectly located in the center, close to everything. I highly recommend it.
