Stayed here for four nights recently and have stayed a few times previously. This is a long established hotel, It never disappoints. Nice rooms, very helpful staff, ample free parking, good breakfast. Restaurant is also very good. Easy (for me!) walk into the old town.

This hotel bills itself as a 4 star which it most definitely is not. We stayed in an annexe - Casa Bianca off the main villa which looks more like a 60s youth detention centre than a hotel and is furnished as such. Whilst we were there there were problems with the water which meant there was no running water in the taps or the toilets did not flush - and no hint of an apology from the hotel staff....

Excellent swimming pool with good depth range. Fantastic bar snacks and helpful staff and best of all was the evening dining experience. Attentive reception staff were able to advise with tourism plans and transport to get the most out of the stay & Siena. Thank you for making Tuscany special!

The bus from Florence stops right in front of the hotel. It is about 3-5 minutes walk to the central. Location is excellent.

Everyone at this hotel was amazing and so helpful. One employee stood out though, Elina. My wife ended up getting sick so we needed to extend our stay. This is a 5+ star facility. Our room was outrageous with frescos and paintings on the walls and ceiling. The staff went out of their way to help us with our requests and provide a history of the property. Our room had 1.5 bathrooms and the breakfast had an excellent choice of items.

We booked a room with a balcony and were disappointed it was in a corner, was small (as was the room) and had 4 air conditioning units on the balcony. They moved us the next day to a fantastic room with a large balcony and a much bigger room. I’m not sure whether it was the same grade or an upgrade but the difference was really significant.

The staff at hotel Minerva were friendly and accommodating. For example, we had a bottle of wine that needed a corkscrew, and they provided not only a corkscrew, but a bucket full of ice. We think that the hotel is not worth the money. The walls are shabby, there was no blanket (and we were very cold), no kettle and cups in the room, uncomfortable pillows. Strong audibility. I have been staying here for over 10 years and I would never consider staying anywhere else in Siena. Perfect old world charm, massive, comfortable rooms, and the garden out back has incredible views out over the countryside. The hotel was great, its location is nearby the Termini you can walk to the station for only 10 minutes. Room provided clean bedsheets, it's a bit old style look but at least it is clean. The only downside is the electrcity plug, I only encountered one to charge my phone. Please add more plugs.

the hotel is superbly located as the free escalator which is a stone's throw away from the hotel entrance will bring you right into the historic city center. it also has a cheap parking which is a great value (impossible to park otherwise). the room had a somewhat dated feeling but the advantages far outweighed this impression.

The hotel has a good location, but there is no special service. The hotel environment is great, but the room is very average. I just feel that the price-performance ratio is not good enough. You gotta love this place. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Pool area is big enough and never overcrowded. The hotel is in great distance of Siena and other lovely places. This is my third visit, and I’m bound to come back. They now have a charger for electric cars on site, and it works seamlessly. If you go (and you should) please leave a room for me.

We were in Siena for a short visit. The location right behind the Duomo was absolutely perfect! The apartment was extremely spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and so helpful. Breakfast was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay!

The room has a great location, is very large, and is close to Siena Cathedral. However, it can be noisy at night because it's located on a street. If you have trouble sleeping, it's recommended to discuss this with them beforehand.

I stayed here for one night during my road trip in Tuscany. Unfortunately, the weather was gloomy and rainy the whole time. July 2019, had a lovely time here. A basic farm house type of apartment. But well equipped to cover your needs. Nice pool for a quick swim a any time. But ask them for an eatery close by, lovely Italian food. Will stay there again.

The village is very comfortable, in the apartments there is wi-fi and outside there is the swimming pool, a very peaceful place but unfortunately it is not possible to stay for meals since the only thing they offer as food are Tuscan wines, and for this reason it is inconvenient to have lunch, breakfast or dinner because the best closest restaurant (Montalbuccio) is located three km from the village
