An incredible experience. We were there to try to see il Palio the first day but it rained. The hotel has a great location, but above all, as in every NH hotel, the staff, specially in Reception giving us that quality welcome and always being so close, made our stay in Siena, a beautiful place that stole our hearts, unforgettable. It is convenient for an easy walk almost anywhere. Bar was closed, no outdoor space that we could find. Directly across from a bus hub so that can be good or bad.

The hotel is in a good location. And the lobby looks nice and clean. However the hallways and rooms are old. There is no art on the walls in your room. The bathrooms are old and stained. There’s no coffee or tea maker in the room. It’s pretty basic. The staff is very nice and helpful however. I have not been to a nh hotel like this before. May not choose nh again after this.

From the moment we arrived our stay was enlighteed by genuine hospitality and professionalism from all the staff. Location was quite a short walk from the Station itself and on top of that, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast served had a Wide variety of options, and they all tasted exceptionally good. Rooms have a very nice atmosphere and are decorated with a really nice vibe. However, if with 4 people, the room does get quite cramped and squeezy.

We think that the hotel is not worth the money. The walls are shabby, there was no blanket (and we were very cold), no kettle and cups in the room, uncomfortable pillows. Strong audibility. The strangest hotel purely for an overnight stay. It is not located in a picturesque area. The only thing is a good breakfast and there is a charger for an electric car.

I stayed here for one night during my road trip in Tuscany. Unfortunately, the weather was gloomy and rainy the whole time. After checking out, I took a short walk around the hotel and discovered their beautiful garden with a great view overlooking the city. Further up, there is also a swimming pool. The B&B is on a hillside, with nice views and facilities, very tastefully decorated in a classical style. The air conditioner was not hot, but it was solved after communication. You gotta love this place. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Pool area is big enough and never overcrowded. The hotel is in great distance of Siena and other lovely places. This is my third visit, and I’m bound to come back. They now have a charger for electric cars on site, and it works seamlessly. If you go (and you should) please leave a room for me.

This hotel is under rated. Clean and spacious room with A/C, friendly and helpful staff, sufficient breakfast. It is not with walk distance to the old town, but it is not a problem with a car. It is highly recommended if you drive to Siena.

Good - Staff are lovely. Bad - Rooms are small and very dated. Aircon is noisy and there is very little noise isolation from the hallway. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere so cabs can be hard to get. Really you need a car. Breakfast is basic - a couple of pastries and some cold meat.

Great place for families and friends

Amazing place to relax, the pool is quite nice and the staff is very helpful! In the day you have the opportunity to tan by the pool or take a stroll down into Siena city, and by night you can sit outside enjoyin a glass of wine whilst looking over the city. All in all a fine location to have your vacation!

Our family stayed here in 3 separate apartments a few years ago. The location is ideal, the staff accommodating, the apartments and environs lovely. We've recommended it repeatedly to acquaintances who plan to travel to Italy.

It was just perfect. It looked like a hotel. We stayed in the second floor as we were four people. There was two bathrooms, everything was exceptional and price was okey as well. Sheets and bed very comfortable. It was very clean as well, the ceiling were very high and it had old paintings decoration.

An apartment XL (130cm2) with the most easy auto check in we have ever had. they even explained by email in advance where to park etc. The living room had an excellent ceiling painted classically. Well, planning our first trip to Italy my wife and I decided to cancel the three nights stay in sienna . Our travel agent urged us not to do so that many of her guest love it so we decided to keep it. As part of our trip and we’re so glad that we did we fell in love with the city !
