Due to illness we had to cancel our trip just 3 day's in advance of our arrival. Officially for a cancellation within 7 days before arrival ,a cancellation penalty is due. However they were so generous to cancel our planned stay without a penalty!

Must do Wonderful. Best views in Italy by far. Rich in history. Staff are all impeccable and friendly. Restaurant is superb and an incredible breakfast. Very clean and comfortable.

A nice resort built on a hill overlooking Lake Trasimeno, branded as a romantic resort but open to families with kids, sometimes spoiling the experience. The resort is spread between rooms in the main building, some too close to the restaurant, and others detached with more privacy. We have not been very lucky as some insects left us with annoying bumps but overall the place is in a very nice location...

An amazing view and situation on a hill surrounded by olive groves. Each room is unique, all built of original stone. The staff friendly and helpful and a great restaurant to top it off. We did not have time to use the spa facilities, but definitely a place we would like to return to.

This place is an experience not simply a hotel! Far off the beaten track BUT worth the treck. The setting, atmosphere, food and wines, swimming pool and the view are all amazing. They also have a wellness centre which you must book in advance and is totally private for you and your guest(s). The hotel is next to the town of Magione and next to the beautiful Lake Trasimeno BOTH well worth exploring...

A few days away. Not too great on the first night to be honest. The location, stunning, the room, beautiful with the swimming pool right on our door step. However, the heater for said swimming pool is located opposite the headboard of our bed, so during the course of the night you can hear the machine working away with a constant humming sound, which, during the night is greatly amplified. Perfect quite location, extremely friendly personnel and a perfect base to visit Umbria's magnificent cities. Kids will enjoy the well maintained swimming pool and animation programmes 👌

Despite the absence of the mat in the bathroom, room are quite comfortable, clean and silent. The place is rather easy to reach and the staff is very much polite. The village is equipped with a small pool, a meditation park end a basketball and tennis court. Wi-fi and air conditioning in the room if you prefer.

It is a great place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The view of the lake and the pool are the best part of this place. A great advantage is also full equipment, various types of kitchen accessories or refreshments (cookies, juices, water). It's good starting point for visiting Perugia or Assisi.

Lovely quaint peaceful old Italian hotel, we really enjoyed our stay there and the food was delicious. They would lose a little bit of charm becoming slightly more commercial but it may make them more profitable.

Wonderful view over lake Trasimeno, and fine cuisine with local goods, and dishes may be changed according to the wishes of the guests, even if there aren't many vegetarian/vegan dishes since it's typical Umbrian cuisine.

Nice and friendly staff. Looks like an old building and every sounds can be heard from a room to another one. For breakfast you will only have cheese, prosciuto, jam, buttter, and some bakery stuff like croissants, pie etc. Tea, coffee and milk provided.

I cannot fit in this review everything they did for us. We are beyond spoiled! We don't speak Italian; we should be lost, hungry and lonely on a daily basis, and yet, here we are beyond blessed. The staff here treat us like royalty. Our rooms are kept immaculate even though we have yet to acclimate to the time schedule here. Nice quiet hotel even though on the main street of the castle area. Staff was friendly, the food was excellent and the price was a bargain. The room was quite small but there is a common area where we could hang out a couple of times. Parking is by the hour in the nearby area so recommend you get the parking app, which was also useful in other towns.

I cannot praise the staff at Hotel Centova enough. Our car broke down when we arrived and they went out of their way to assist and make us comfortable in what was a stressful time. The hotel is comfortable, clean and convenient to the motorway.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Its a business hotel but with a lot of character. The breakfast is great and the jazz player in the room is really cool. Lovely garden to enjoy a drink as well. Quirky Jazz themed hotel, while pets welcome he was not allowed in any of the eating areas and no option but to eat elsewhere. Pool is small. 20 mins Steep walk 2 Perguia cento, which is worth it.

It definitely needs some renovation, the bed mattress was our big issue as in some part of the bed you could feel the springs so we weren't able to have a good sleep any of the days that we were staying there, the breakfast buffet was really good, lots of option.

I arrived at the hotel having forgotten to submit the necessary documents for advance check-in. I was having trouble in front of the hotel when a friend of the hotel owner happened to be passing by and contacted the owner, and I was able to stay there without any problems. The room was very clean and comfortable. Thanks to the kind and wonderful owner, I had a fun trip to Perugia.

Cleanliness and helpful staff were appreciated, and the breakfast at the nearby cafe was perfect. Although the neighborhood near the station had a somewhat sketchy feel, being so close to the station was ideal for my needs, and the price was good. Overall, I was fully satisfied.

Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that wasn't tidy. After reporting the problem, I was given a new room that was clean, tidy, and smelled fresh. Unfortunately, however, the new room didn't have hot water for the shower. Fortunately, it was only a one-night stay. Tip: Check the rooms before assigning them.

The perfect location. I left Perugia early in the morning and the location of the hotel was just perfect for me. The train station is 100 meters across the street. But this is not the only advantage. Booked a one night stay here, does not look great from outside but don’t let that put you off, room on 1st floor, overlooking road and station had a balcony with 2 chairs. Nothing just is very close at the Train station it is mix with some shops so watch well you will see the entrance but i will suggest that the make a big sign board that will help people that are new at the evronment to easily locate the hotel and let them inform people when they are open or closed so that one would feel disappointed hoping to lodge without knowing that they are not working. The B&B is housed in a farmhouse on a hill, on the edge of a grove, a 10-minute drive from Perugia. The tranquility and silence of the area guarantee maximum relaxation and rest. Small, quiet, old building. Center of the city. You can walk to the ministry and buy 24hour ticket then go where ever you want. You can use your ticked for bus, minimetro etc. You can easily come to the hotel from train station by minimetro.

It's a good hotel near City center. It has a parking for car. It's very nice and it's very clean. In 5 minutes is possible to arrive in city center walking.

A lovely little hotel in a great part of the city. Totally deserves its outstanding rating. Great value for money with a small but comfy room. Chiara was amazing, really friendly and helpful. She also showed me the top floor room with terrace. Spectacular! I’d probably spend the extra for that. Note that the hotel has two flights of stairs but they are very friendly and offer to carry bags.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the historic center and the University of Perugia. The hosts, Chiara and Roberto, were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to help me during my visit. I would definitely choose to stay there again in the future!

It's located in a beautiful place in the old town, my room was not so modern but it was comfortable and breakfast was ok. There was a small TV and the wifi isn't so performing, but after all it isn't bad.

Hotel Anna is a budget hotel in a quaint building in Perugia. The place is run by Anna who is in her later years but amazingly, she runs it by herself and seems to be living in the premises as well. Good location and the bed was comfortable however the shower was uncomfortably small with uncontrollable water pressure. There was no air conditioner but they provided a fan. The couple that runs the hotel is super friendly and adorable. I would recommend it just make sure you know you're not going to have the same amenities as you would in the States.

A beautiful historic hotel with a wonderful breakfast, elegant lobby and helpful staff right in the town center. Short walk to the escalators and mini metro to go to the train stations for daily excursions. Perfect!

Just a wonderful hotel to stay at. minutes to city center, the staff was awesome, breakfast was plentiful. would stay here gain in a flash.

In the heart of the action, yet removed enough to sleep like a baby, we had a fabulous stay at Priori Secret Garden. Looking forward to going back next year.
