A great advantage is also full equipment, various types of kitchen accessories or refreshments (cookies, juices, water). It's good starting point for visiting Perugia or Assisi.

Good value place. Nice little pool. Nice views to the lake. The only thing that let it down was the poor air conditioning, it wasn't powerful enough to keep the room cool in August.

Lovely quaint peaceful old Italian hotel, we really enjoyed our stay there and the food was delicious. They would lose a little bit of charm becoming slightly more commercial but it may make them more profitable.

Wonderful view over lake Trasimeno, and fine cuisine with local goods, and dishes may be changed according to the wishes of the guests, even if there aren't many vegetarian/vegan dishes since it's typical Umbrian cuisine.

Stayed for 2 nights while traveling in a rental car in Tuscany. Arrived via Rome-Civita di Bagnorezzo-Orvieto and stayed for 1 night. The next day, travel to Assisi and stay for one night. Since I was planning to travel to Pienza the next day, it was a perfect base hotel... Clean and friendly hotel.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from traffic noise. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is always helpful, and the restaurant has excellent chefs who prepare truly delicious dishes. Breakfast is superb. I recommend it; try it and you'll see you'll be back. Excellent parking, the only thing missing is CCTV.

By far one of the best places to stay! Everyone is so nice, the lady that did my checkin helped me with booking boat, find nice places to eat and to spend the day. My bedroom was beautiful, with AC, lake view. The pace also has a solarium where you can see the sunset, and the food in the ristorante is delicious. I will come back for sure!!!

Nice quiet hotel even though on the main street of the castle area. Staff was friendly, the food was excellent and the price was a bargain. The room was quite small but there is a common area where we could hang out a couple of times. Parking is by the hour in the nearby area so recommend you get the parking app, which was also useful in other towns.

I cannot praise the staff at Hotel Centova enough. Our car broke down when we arrived and they went out of their way to assist and make us comfortable in what was a stressful time. The hotel is comfortable, clean and convenient to the motorway.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Its a business hotel but with a lot of character. The breakfast is great and the jazz player in the room is really cool. Lovely garden to enjoy a drink as well. We took the mini metro to the old town (great recommandation) which was simple, safe , cheap and easy. We walked back with no issue at all.. Quirky Jazz themed hotel, while pets welcome he was not allowed in any of the eating areas and no option but to eat elsewhere. Pool is small. 20 mins Steep walk 2 Perguia cento, which is worth it.

It definitely needs some renovation, the bed mattress was our big issue as in some part of the bed you could feel the springs so we weren't able to have a good sleep any of the days that we were staying there, the breakfast buffet was really good, lots of option.

Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that wasn't tidy. After reporting the problem, I was given a new room that was clean, tidy, and smelled fresh. Unfortunately, however, the new room didn't have hot water for the shower. Fortunately, it was only a one-night stay. Tip: Check the rooms before assigning them.

Charming location in old Perugia Lovely old hotel in the old part of Perugia. Loads of character and charm. Not great if you have a car as you can't drive to the hotel door and the parking is a 15-minute walk away! Its doable if there are 2 or more of you but not convenient.

So happy we chose this Hotel. Location is perfect to see Perugia. Sadly we only had one night at Hotel Fortuna.

Hotel located in the historic center therefore excellent location. Overall excellent stay very clean room, only flaw for being a 5 star, I would have preferred rooms with better care in the furnishings ... from the bathroom came a bad smell of sewer not at all pleasant! Pros: Great location at the end of the main pedestrian walking street and opposite the Rocco Paolina. According to Ctrip, this is a newly renovated hotel acquired by Hilton. Upon checking in, I was indeed impressed by the brand-new facilities and excellent service. The location is also incredibly convenient, right at the intersection of a restricted traffic zone. It was the most satisfying hotel during my entire month-long trip.

After reading several bad reviews, we were disappointed. Completely unjustified. Yes, the building is old, it could probably use a lick of paint and the furniture in the lobby cannot be called new. Chosen for one night, passing through, given the privileged position at the beginning of the pedestrian area. Extremely far from a four star - the furnishings of the room are truly disheartening - it also has numerous deficiencies in cleanliness, a detail that has nothing to do with the age of the property, perhaps more with excessively distracted management. Strong point: the location right at the beginning of the very convenient pedestrian area. Weak points are the breakfast (the choice doesn't expand much) and the lack of a shower tray (bathtub) in the room. The structure and furnishings are very dated. Fair price.

This is an exceptional hotel which seems to have been recently renovated and is superbly decorated in every way. If you can, book a room near the roof top with a jacuzzi on the terrace. It makes for a very special treat. Very friendly service and good value considering the quality and the location. A great breakfast too.
