We got ectsacly what we payed for. Clean, nice staff, good location and the back yard bench and pool area was great.

Nice location, good hotel, but overpriced

We stopped over here for a night on our way to Rome Fiumicino airport. At first I cringed at the sight of the building. Upon entering however, the lobby appeased me somewhat, and the receptionist greatly. We got a good room (albeit very heavy decor but that's a question of taste I presume), attentive, kind service. Staff was very helpful. Location was great and the front desk always helped in getting us a taxi. The restaurant had very nice food.

Biggest breakfast selection that I have seen in my Italy travels. Appreciated restaurant in hotel saved on a lot of travelling around

Dated but clean and inexpensive.

A little difficult to identify the sign is small and poorly arranged, the parking lot, better not to mention it, a forest of brushwood that you don't know where to park, the owner is a courteous and well-disposed person, the room is welcoming, spacious, bright and well 2 windows, perhaps an extra ouce point would not have hurt but all in all it is pleasant the Wify would be welcome. For the price paid...

Cozy, informal. Too bad for the adjoining bedroom on the main street and restaurant below, not very quiet. Clean floors and good bathroom. A little less for walls with damp spots and a kitchenette with a not-so-clean fridge.

If you have to spend a few days at the Marmore Falls, this room / apartment rental is really delightful. Very close to the lower entrance of the waterfall, you could almost reach it on foot, leaving the car in the large dirt parking lot available to the apartments and the restaurant below. Going in the direction of the waterfall it is on the right and it is a large blue house, access is from inside...

There was a lot on offer, big spacious room with a kitchenette and very close to the city centre, felt it.was real value for money

A most charming host welcomed us and gave us all the info we needed, including where to find the adapters for UK plugs and explaining a bit more about Terni. Apartment itself is large and equipped for longer stays, which we did not really get to use, stying only one night. Bed is comnfy, there is aircon, bathroom is nice, there is fridge. Free parking in the yard.

Small self catering accommodation. Close to city centre but in a very quiet area. It has a free private parking accessible only by residents. Continental breakfast Italian style - no savory but good enough for the price paid. Owners very helpful.

3.5 stars. Excellent service, spacious apartment, free attached parking, clean and well equipped kitchen. The heating hours are very limited two hours in the evening. An old-fashioned bathroom.

Great place to stay and great location. Walk anywhere in 10 minutes. Gated parking, friendly staff, son and father run. Great size apartments. We will go back here when visiting Terni.

A real gem. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Virgiliani was so sweet and helpful. It's comfortable, well located, quiet - you'd be mad to stay anywhere else in Terni!
