Lovely friendly hotel Location a bit outside of town, fine if you have a car. Staff were very friendly, breakfast good. Rooms a little dated but nice and clean.

We love the location as its central to everything. At the end of a hot summer day the pool is great. The barman George is amazing and soooo friendly anything you need he can get it for you.

The breakfast was very good with lovely fresh scrambled eggs, croissants, cakes, ham, cheese etc and friendly staff.

I didn't get a room so I can tell you more about this place from outside it look great

A bit outdated left and right but the service was more than excellent and for that you overlook this for sure. Restaurant is also quite good.

A nice hotel with delicious food, but not that much vegan/vegetarian friendly. Although that's the case for whole umbria😅

Hotel Michelangelo Palace

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were competent and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel’s location across from the Terni train station and at the beginning of the short walk into the city centre could not have been better. Although I did not use the spa and exercise room facilities, I particularly liked the intimacy of the lobby and the small interior garden.

The hotel is located near a transportation hub.

Classic Hotel Tulipano

Large property, simple but clean room. Conveniently located near major roads and with parking for the city center. Definitely need a car.

Overall very clean. Staff was professional. Breakfast buffet was great. ...but the mattress was very hard, and the pillows were flat. Neither of us slept well due to the bed. One night would be ok, but 2 nights was just too much due to bed with all the driving we were doing during the day.

The hotel is very dirty and neglected. The windows cannot be opened due to mosquitoes. It is 5 minutes from the tram and 20 minutes from the city center.

All rooms had a over whelming smell of cleaning fluid.

I've stayed at this property before, so I recommend it to anyone who wants a great stay and a low budget! The only downside: the receptionists don't always say hello!

I chose the hotel because of its location almost next to the station (ca. 100m). The hotel had its best times about 20 years ago and looks quite worn. The carpet is full of stains, a lot of things need repair (shower heads, windows blinds and small applications around the entire building). Nothing to complain about, we were fine, it was clean, the only flaw was that it was a bit dated.

Excellent hotel. The city is convenient for train travel around Umbria. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Internet access is a bit of a concern. Large room with air conditioning, which is especially important in the fall when it gets cold.

Remarkably good value for the amount paid and just one night's stay. The hotel is in the heart of the city, close to the train station.

all perfect, only the breakfast is starting quite late, but the crew managed to make me a cappuccino to go.

Large, comfortable rooms. Small but adequate breakfast. Short walk to a self-service laundry, restaurants, shops, mini mart and supermarkets.

The hotel location is perfect, exactly between the old city and the train station. very quiet place. The breakfast was very nice, very quiet as well, with a very good service. There was a lot on offer, big spacious room with a kitchenette and very close to the city centre, felt it.was real value for money

A most charming host welcomed us and gave us all the info we needed, including where to find the adapters for UK plugs and explaining a bit more about Terni. Apartment itself is large and equipped for longer stays, which we did not really get to use, stying only one night. Bed is comnfy, there is aircon, bathroom is nice, there is fridge. Free parking in the yard.

Small self catering accommodation. Close to city centre but in a very quiet area. It has a free private parking accessible only by residents. Continental breakfast Italian style - no savory but good enough for the price paid. Owners very helpful.

3.5 stars. Excellent service, spacious apartment, free attached parking, clean and well equipped kitchen. The heating hours are very limited two hours in the evening. An old-fashioned bathroom.

Great place to stay and great location. Walk anywhere in 10 minutes. Gated parking, friendly staff, son and father run. Great size apartments. We will go back here when visiting Terni.

A real gem. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Virgiliani was so sweet and helpful. It's comfortable, well located, quiet - you'd be mad to stay anywhere else in Terni!

The apartments are tidy and clean. Comfortable beds. The location is excellent for exploring the city center, yet secluded enough to have good parking. The staff is friendly and available to accommodate guests' requests.

The manager is very attentive to the customer's needs and very kind and helpful. The apartment is very clean. If I return to Terni, I will definitely stay at La Torri again.

The location is superb. It is above a supermarket but it was not noisy. The room (3 beds) we had is huge and comfortable with plenty furniture. We found the bed also comfortable and firm. We are both young and willing to sleep in a nice room at a good price- this place provided that! Great rate for what it is, you can hear a lot of what is going on outside the building and outside of the room but it didn’t bother us much. May bother some travelers! Staff was so so great and kind!!

All very good. Parking a challenge and early morning noise typical of urban Italy a challenge for an older light sleeper.

We stayed 3 nights in September 2022. We had a room with a bathroom. The room was clean and big. There is a shared kitchen on site, but we don't need it. The accommodation is close to the train station and that is a very good thing.

The Urban Accommodation is very comfortable, it is in the heart of Terni and a stone's throw from Piazza Tacito and the station, trained staff, everything very clean and tidy, parking is nearby and can also be found free of charge, we will definitely be back.
