We stopped over here for a night on our way to Rome Fiumicino airport. At first I cringed at the sight of the building. Upon entering however, the lobby appeased me somewhat, and the receptionist greatly. We got a good room (albeit very heavy decor but that's a question of taste I presume), attentive, kind service. Parking was a boon and right under the hotel. The hotel has a very cute garden...
Two night stay for work. Staff at reception very courteous and helpful. Clean room and linen. Unfortunately the bathroom is not 4 star, it requires maintenance: cracks in the walls and on the fixtures, shower head completely covered in limestone and broken toilet seat, both of which need to be replaced. The fridge has water inside. Modest breakfast for a 4 star. The presence of a group consumed the...
Everything ok as always, I also stayed last year for the same reason, i.e. sports in the area, the staff were very kind, we will also go there next year for the Terni moto trip event; excellent breakfast, to be repeated. Thank you
Very convenient hotel at the train station, very convenient underground parking, friendly reception staff available for information on the place! The rooms, parquet and furniture show that it is not new, but very clean. The restaurant on the 5th floor is also convenient.
Pleasant experience, very friendly staff. Very attentive to the customer. Surely when I return to Terni I will be a guest with them again. Also pay attention to the needs of children. Very clean premises. The only small flaw is that the temperature in the rooms is a little high for December.
Excellent value for money, great location, helpful staff, comfortable room, good wifi and breakfast, pool available.

Staff was very helpful. Location was great and the front desk always helped in getting us a taxi. The restaurant had very nice food.
Biggest breakfast selection that I have seen in my Italy travels. Appreciated restaurant in hotel saved on a lot of travelling around
Dated but clean and inexpensive.
The staff was helpful and Francesco the waiter was patient, with great service to us when we could not speak Italian and he made us feel welcome. Thank you.
The staff was nice but could use more multi lingual people since we understood each other but just barely
Very nice place. Been in the suite for just one night night but it was awesome. Breakfast was good too

There was a lot on offer, big spacious room with a kitchenette and very close to the city centre, felt it.was real value for money
A most charming host welcomed us and gave us all the info we needed, including where to find the adapters for UK plugs and explaining a bit more about Terni. Apartment itself is large and equipped for longer stays, which we did not really get to use, stying only one night. Bed is comnfy, there is aircon, bathroom is nice, there is fridge. Free parking in the yard.
Small self catering accommodation. Close to city centre but in a very quiet area. It has a free private parking accessible only by residents. Continental breakfast Italian style - no savory but good enough for the price paid. Owners very helpful.
3.5 stars. Excellent service, spacious apartment, free attached parking, clean and well equipped kitchen. The heating hours are very limited two hours in the evening. An old-fashioned bathroom.
Great place to stay and great location. Walk anywhere in 10 minutes. Gated parking, friendly staff, son and father run. Great size apartments. We will go back here when visiting Terni.
A real gem. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Virgiliani was so sweet and helpful. It's comfortable, well located, quiet - you'd be mad to stay anywhere else in Terni!

A little difficult to identify the sign is small and poorly arranged, the parking lot, better not to mention it, a forest of brushwood that you don't know where to park, the owner is a courteous and well-disposed person, the room is welcoming, spacious, bright and well 2 windows, perhaps an extra ouce point would not have hurt but all in all it is pleasant the Wify would be welcome. For the price paid...
Cozy, informal. Too bad for the adjoining bedroom on the main street and restaurant below, not very quiet. Clean floors and good bathroom. A little less for walls with damp spots and a kitchenette with a not-so-clean fridge.
If you have to spend a few days at the Marmore Falls, this room / apartment rental is really delightful. Very close to the lower entrance of the waterfall, you could almost reach it on foot, leaving the car in the large dirt parking lot available to the apartments and the restaurant below. Going in the direction of the waterfall it is on the right and it is a large blue house, access is from inside...

l'accueil très chaleureux. l'hôte nous a amené au super marché pour nos besoins du lendemain, et nous a conseillé un restaurant original et agréable.
The owner is a wonderful person, nice, polite, available for anything .. The B & B presents itself, well-kept, clean, welcoming, very elegant! I recommend it to everybody! Excellent.
We stayed in an accommodation other than the B&B where we were welcomed by the two owners, former retired chefs. Excellent hospitality, good location, very good typical dinner. They also have a very sociable, well-mannered dog that my daughters loved. The owners live there, this is perhaps a detail that must be specified at the time of the proposal.

Excellent accommodation, we had a good time, the only problem was the noise coming from above ... the rest all ok, good location, rooms equipped with all services, polite and nice staff, excellent structure, quality price good
I stayed for one night in room 1, quite cozy, very clean and strategic location, only 2 flaws, the air conditioning is too direct on the bed and breakfast is not included, consequently the price in my opinion is a bit high

We were beautifully hosted! Cleanliness, decoration, all perfect down to the smallest detail! And above all an unparalleled care and cordiality! Location in the city center, close to all points of interest. Very good! Keep it up!
Honestly this place exceeded my expectations. Rooms are clean and beds confortante , including the sofa bed. Bathrooms are clean and well renovated. Andrea was very helpful and always one call away. We had to check in later than expected and the self check in was easy and fast. There is a shared kitchen you can use as well. Located in a quiet area.
