Nice hotel, clean rooms, has outdoor pool but is quite deep, not for unsupervised children to play in.

We had a Balcony room at Villa Luisa. They have a nice breakfast. Very kind staff. Bathroom had a bidet as well as a toilet, sink and corner shower. The beds are not comfortable. Very hard and not much to them. Transportation into town was not easy. If you have your own transportation, there is parking available.

This hotel is very clean, has an impeccable reception service and the BEST part of the experience, the BREAKFAST. Room was equipped with a refrigerator and individual air conditioning. Internal parking and a restaurant. Price in the range. Conveniently located in walking distance from a supermarket.

The staff were excellent and considerate. Perfect location and extremely clean. In addition the hotel provided an easy and comfortable atmosphere were we could relax and enjoy the amenities such as the pool which was placed in a tranquil area of the hotels gardens.

Attended here for a friends wedding staying for around 5 days and we all absolutely loved it. Hotel is nice and in an amazing area with unreal views. My little one loved the pool and played in this all day. Staff very friendly and helpful and very patient. There is a bus service which takes you into the town centre only a few mins away or you can even walk it in around 15 mins or so if you wish. Food...

We have just stayed here for our son's wedding. The room we had was room 108 with outstanding views. Very pleased with the room. Was unsure if the contents of the fridge was included or not. Lovely, quaint stay From the staff at the front desk to the gorgeous, unforgettable view, this hotel is a hidden gem! When you come to Todi, you expect history and age, and the hotel gives you both of those things. We had a private balcony that was exquisite and staff went out of their way to cater to us. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel for a few days. Staff were great, and Breakfast was excellent . Great location, just outside the walls of Todi. Rooms were clean, and Towels changed every day. It was very warm and humid nights. did not know how to switch on the aircon should gave asked at reception never mind.

A nice hotel, very quiet, clean room. I couldn't eat at the restaurant because I had the dog. Very friendly staff, they even served me breakfast outside because of the dog but it was very pleasant. Convenient for the car because there is internal parking. If I were to return to Todi I would stay in this hotel again.

Wonderful experience. Rep was helpful, easy to communicate. Relaxing. There are no air conditioning but the rep lend us the fan, and it was ok and has a nice breeze.

Only met Gianna briefly but she seemed very kind. The apartment was very clean and well organized. I was especially pleased with an adjustable thermostat to control the heat. Traveling in winter I find myself forced to open windows to cool the room, but this was very easy and reliable. Windows had wonderful views and interior shutters to darken the room completely - not even the annoying smoke detector...

Gianna, the reception manager, is a warm, welcoming introduction to Castello Izzalini; she is helpful and responsive to your needs and makes great recommendations for destinations, tours and activities in the area. We use the Castello as a base to explore towns in the area -- Todi, Deruta, Morre (our most recent find), Orvieto, Perugia, Foligno, Gubio, Spello -- all less than an hour's drive away...

Our apartment was cozy and nice. Well ventilated for the early summer heat and our host, Gianna, was quite nice helping us move in for the week. It has all you need to support yourself and family for the week. Lots of room to move around and get outdoors.

Good location with a car, to explore from. Building: cool old renovated building with spacious rooms..Good views and good restaurants within a few feet. BUT, no amenities on site. Need to use this as a home base to reach locations in Umbria, but wouldn’t want to come to stay on property all day.

The beauty of the place, an ancient palace is breath taking. The countryside around is incredible... The lady at the reception is so peaceful and professional, so human. We loved the whole village around and its atmosphere. Worth the trip. Do not miss it.

Beautiful location. Surrounded by greenery. Spectacular views. Convenient location, five minutes from Todi. The hosts, Marcella and her father, are extremely kind and always available. They left croissants and coffee for breakfast upon our arrival. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking peace and quiet, but also beauty and comfort.

Located a few kilometers from Todi, surrounded by greenery, with a view of the beautiful city of Todi. The property is equipped with every comfort, nothing was missing, and the rooms are very spacious. What I appreciated most was the tranquility and the proximity to so many points of interest. The owner, Mrs. Marcella, was always very helpful.
