This hotel has clean rooms and really friendly staff. It's location is exceptional... right on the lake. The hotel in rooms are very stylish. And very importantly, it has ample free parking. It is fairly quiet but you can hear noises from people in the other rooms, opening and closing doors and walking in the halls. Great hotel right on the lake short with ample parking and great views. Although a bit old, all the utilities worked fine. Breakfast was somewhat basic but very generous and all breads, cakes, fruits and vegetables were constantly restocked in generous portions. The only major minus is that the hotel is right on the main road crossing town, so opening a window at night, even a crack, was not an option...

Overall a nice hotel, with very friendly accommodating staff. But I’m not sure it quite meets 4* status. Rooms could do with modernising - we expected a more modern shower, higher quality mattresses and bedding which were all a bit basic. Breakfast lacked choice an ls very little fresh fruit. Would probably stay at a local Garni / B&B next time

We stayed three nights over the Ferragosto holiday in a double room. The friendliness of the entire staff was beyond excellent, but it's a shame it's not worth the price. It's an OLD hotel and somewhat rundown. Been here many times, always a pleasure. 1/2 board gets us a nice fulfilling breakfast and 5 course meal. Views are great too!

First of all, the staff at this hotel is very friendly. Despite my late check-in, the staff who checked in welcomed me so brightly and warmly. The room and bathroom was so clean and in good condition, and and the room was just the right size for me as a single traveler. All the place is really clean, close to the mountains and the breakfast is just perfect, really surprising. The bed was really comfortable and the room very big with a nice bathroom and views to one of the mountains.

Good staff, service and clean, but the building is old in comparison to the pictures, availability of restaurants is less, we got food from the departmental store which was OK, maybe more popular during the ski seasons..

Couldn't be better unless it was free! Safe, quiet, convenient with easy parking...light breakfast buffet with beer and wine available later in the day!
