We stayed three nights over the Ferragosto holiday in a double room. The friendliness of the entire staff was beyond excellent, but it's a shame it's not worth the price. It's an OLD hotel and somewhat rundown. Pros: Location very close to the center and a stone's throw from the lake, ample parking adjacent to the property, friendly and helpful staff, bar and relaxation room with TV, billiards, and cards, wide variety of breakfast options, gorgeous room with lake view, overall cleanliness. Cons: Bathtub with sliding panels that convert to a shower. Rather uncomfortable. Overall, the bathroom is a bit dated...

A hotel with an air of times gone by. Rooms are large, but a bit bare and even a bit cold. The common areas are very nice, taking you back to the last century. Parking is limited. Staff are a bit sparse, though friendly and attentive. Breakfast is so-so.

Weekend with family. Beautiful hotel, the ground floor retaining its original 19th-century appearance. Spacious rooms and dining rooms, billiards, and lounges. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Excellent cuisine, truly generous breakfast. We'll definitely return.

Overall the stay was excellent, All the staff were super friendly and helpful, food was great, good location in the Dolomites. Great value for money. Would come and stay again. Food - We had the half-board, which was 3 courses each night including breakfast. Dinner was very good, it is nice to have allocated tables for each room so you have the same one for your whole stay and pre-ordering the food...

All the place is really clean, close to the mountains and the breakfast is just perfect, really surprising. The bed was really comfortable and the room very big with a nice bathroom and views to one of the mountains.

First of all, the staff at this hotel is very friendly. Despite my late check-in, the staff who checked in welcomed me so brightly and warmly. The room and bathroom was so clean and in good condition, and and the room was just the right size for me as a single traveler. Good staff, service and clean, but the building is old in comparison to the pictures, availability of restaurants is less, we got food from the departmental store which was OK, maybe more popular during the ski seasons..
