Polite staff, clean rooms, great fitness center! Breakfast was tasted - the bar lacked a consistent attendant and no snacks - would have spent more time there on the evening if that were more available :)

Great location near to train station

Cozy and wonderful spot for train station and walk around. Room is clean. Toilet and shower room perfect. Breakfast excellent.

The hotel is very well located, only 30 minutes from Venice. Treviso is a very pretty city (also worth visiting). The staff is very kind and professional. We slept extremely well, ate (breakfast) and enjoyed ourselves. The hotel is very good 4 stars and very good value for money.

It is close to the TREVISO train station, which makes travel very convenient and it is also close to the city. The breakfast was good, but the room was on a strange floor, which was not very convenient (probably because the elevator was under maintenance). The room rate was not cheap by comparison.

Very convenient hotel in terms of location. The station is just a stone's throw away on foot, as is the center. There are plenty of parking lots around, including the hotel's own. The rooms are spacious, clean, new. Inside you'll find everything you need, even slippers. The breakfast is excellent and varied, highly recommended. In general it's an excellent hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful

The hotel has a dedicated and secure luggage storage area, which was a lifesaver for us on Sunday evening when we had no other options. It made our last day so much easier! Highly recommended for their professional service and personnel. Very close to the railroad and bus station for airport.

Great service. Came out for dinner and it started to rain, the reception gentleman ran out to give us two umbrellas! Room is clean.

Clean room, close to the city center and railway station. Convinient to park a car nearby. Friendly staff, especially the young lady that welcomed us at the reception and at the bar. I recommend the hotel.

Older hotel, no air conditioning in the room, old furniture. The hotel has a good breakfast, convenient transportation, close to the train station and bus station. It is convenient to shop in the nearby supermarket

There is always a peculiar smell in the bathroom sewer, but overall it is acceptable. The breakfast is great and it is closest to the train station.

Location is quite good, near the hub of the old town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The superior double room is large and the double bed is very comfy. The bathroom is good size too. Clean facilities. Breakfast is really good. Good value for money!

The heating system gets loud when it comes on. The noise comes from above somewhere in the ceiling. This is the case only in my room. Don’t know about other rooms

It's alright, but it's too far away and the transportation is expensive. It's not worth living so far; it's too much of a hassle.

I selected this hotel because it is close to the airport. Price/qualty is good. Within 10 minutes you can walk to ancient city centre. I had to leave before breakfast hours and the gave me a nice breakfast in my room. I would certainly go here again.

Great location close to parkrun. (Less than 500meters) The family who own this are friendly but be aware the parents cannot speak English. Google translate needed. Daughter in law speaks sufficient English to be understood

The PROs: Beautiful locally owned B&B with modern rooms and bathrooms. The rooms and bathrooms are private, but other areas are shared. Everything was clean and spacious. Breakfast is served in a communal dining room, which incidentally is the reception during the rest of the day. Breakfast is ok, there's a selection of pastries and cookies, a fresh fruit bowl for each family. No cooked breakfast....

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! It is a gorgeous place! It is sparkly clean, with beautiful design and decor. The owner and his family are really nice, serviable and professional. They had a lovely beakfast and for the evening a good Prosecco :)

Fabulous location, with friendly and welcoming staff. The accommodation is very comfortable, spacious, and conveniently serviced by an elevator. The initial check-in can be a little tricky, as the entrance is tucked away behind a keypad door within a jewellery shop alcove. Once inside, simply take the lift up to reception on the 1st floor.

I had a great view of the Piazza dei Signori and my room was spacious.

The location was perfect! We absolutely loved our room with the terrace and spent so much time out there. A huge grazie mille to Linda at Palazzina300 for making everything so easy — from check-in and check-out to parking, as well as her wonderful recommendations for Venice and Treviso.

It doesn't get any more central to Treviso than Palazzina300! Right off the Piazza del Signore, this is a very cute, clean, bright and friendly place. Wonderful location and great, homely room. Only downside was that it was quite noisy at night due to being right in the centre.

Everyone was real nice. We struggled with transportation, but our front desk called taxis for us for 30 minutes before finally finding one. No one was accepting my uber ride. This might have been a random occurrence because it was Sunday and the country was on holidays. We left before breakfast due to our flight time. They prepared take away snacks for us. A great little hotel in a quiet location. The staff gave a great welcome from start to finish. Rooms are great well looked after cleaned daily. Ive stopped in many hotels and this hotel and the service they provide puts some big hotels to shame. I would definitely stay here again without question

Hotel location is great...short walk into the centre & 10 minutes from the Train & Bus Station. Room had everything you needed, very spacious & bed very comfortable. An ok overnight stay. Room was spacious, bed comfy but the shower was very mouldy and there was cigarette ash all over the balcony floor. We had to use a side entrance, into what appeared to be an apartment block, with the hotel using one floor. The lobby to the apartment block smelt like drains. The family room had two bedrooms which was a bonus - we were expecting twin beds! The apartment was spotless, comfortable and warm. The communal area downstairs was warm, and with free coffee and tea machine. A lovely place to stay very near the centre of town.

Our two-bedroom apartment was a walk-up 2 floors with just about everything we needed but heat. Temps were in the low fifties (F) outside and about sixty-five inside. Also, the second bedroom is a tad cramped, leaving no room for bedside tables. I used a chair. Good shower!

Really well organised space with all that we needed and close to the centre of Treviso.

Location was convenient for reaching everything. Very helpful staff gave us dining recommendations and transit to the airport. The communal breakfast area with coffee machine was well stocked and pleasant. Room was quiet and dark for sleeping and bed/pillows comfortable.

The house and the room were amazing, not only beautiful and great design but had everything one might need. The location is perfect, and the hosts were perfect with booking us a taxi and generally accommodating all our needs. I would love to go back to Treviso just to stay in this beautiful place.

Nice and quiet place close to the city center. Railway station close as well. Bus to the airtport has a stop just round the corner (line 6)
