Trip.com is really starting to penalize loyal customers. I booked a room with breakfast for 447, and right after I confirmed the order, it dropped to 212, also with breakfast. The instant price drop after booking was already quite annoying. After checking in, the 'breakfast included' turned out to be a Starbucks card worth 1000 JPY. The location isn't far from T2, and the environment is clean and quiet. I recommend staying here. If you can't find the hotel from T2, you can ask at the information desk. Also, you can get earplugs when you check in to help with sleep quality.

Great spot to stay for a night if you're flying out the morning after but wouldn't recommend it for much longer than a couple nights.

Very close to the station. I actually timed it and was able to reach Keisei Narita Station (the further side) in 6 minutes, including running the whole way and waiting for a traffic light. The service was excellent. The facilities are a bit old but clean and tidy.

So close to anything you need or want. I enjoyed my stay. Amazing staff!

About a 7-8 minute walk from T3, very convenient. Walked both ways, didn't take the shuttle. Unexpectedly, this hotel was the largest one during my entire Tokyo trip. There's a convenience store inside the hotel where you can buy some snacks.

I used this hotel for an overnight stay before my international flight. The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from Keisei Narita Station! The room was clean, and there's a public bath which was great for warming up. The service was impeccable.

This hotel was super convenient, being very close to Keisei Narita Station. However, getting to JR Narita Station felt like a bit of a detour. The room was perfectly adequate in size. I also really enjoyed the large public bath, it was very relaxing. Very small hotel and i dont think it was super clean like Japanese standard. They gave me a smoking room. But the bus shuttle driver lady was very professional and polite.

The hotel has a great location. There's a Lawson convenience store right next door, and a shuttle bus service to the airport. You can also walk to Aeon Town Narita-Tomisato, which isn't far.

For those with early morning flights, there's a direct connection from the station to the hotel. It's only a 5-minute train ride to the airport, super convenient!

The room i booked for was non smoking room, but when I entered the room, I could smell cigarettes very strong. I asked the staff to swap the room for me and they did it in a sec ! The location is super convenient, just around the corner from both Narita train stations. Naritasan Shinshoji Temple is a little over a kilometer down one road, which is a great spot, and there's delicious unagi (eel) rice nearby. The room isn't small and even has a bathtub.

Hotel was suitable for us after a long road trip back to Narita. Rooms were well-maintained and facilities were clean. Had a peaceful stay during our time there.

The best part about this hotel is the abundance of food options right outside, plus it's super close to both the subway and JR lines. Narita-sen is just about 10mins from Narita Airport (but it's a 500m walk to T2 from the station). This hotel is a short walk from the station. Room is clean and no frills. I'd actually recommend not bothering with a room with a view. I booked one, but it wasn't particularly impressive. The location is a bit far from the station, but they do offer a pickup service. Fantastic location, with attractions right on your doorstep. However, the facilities were quite dated, and the bathroom was tiny. I felt it was a bit overpriced for what it offered. I did experience the Japanese vegetarian breakfast.

The surrounding area is quiet, perfect for exploring parks and temples, and there are also plenty of dining options nearby. The staff at Wakamatsu Honten were incredibly kind, the food was delicious, and I truly had a wonderfully relaxing stay.

Visiting Xinsheng Temple was super convenient.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the room was spacious, just as pictured. It's conveniently located near tourist attractions. I would definitely return.
