Environment: Beautiful natural scenery.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, with attention to detail, as expected in Japan.
Facilities: There's a huge breakfast area, and they offer shuttle bus service to and from the airport.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean! And it was spacious too.
Facilities: Extremely old. I've been to Japan 5 times this year and have never stayed in such a terrible hotel.
The room was dilapidated, and there were unidentifiable white spots on the bedside table that wouldn't wipe off – absolutely disgusting.
Environment: Noise all night long. The humming sound of the AC outdoor unit, the flushing sound of toilets upstairs and next door (yes, I could hear it all clearly).
Then there was the sound of planes taking off starting in the morning, all very noisy.
I really don't understand how this place gets good reviews. I stayed in a non-smoking room, but I could still smell cigarette smoke.
I don't even want to mention anything else; the breakfast was tasteless.
In short, do not book this place.
