Staff is very friendly and helpful, some speak simple English and some barely but nothing that Google Translate cannot fix.
Only gripe is location, takes about 20mins to the train station, a real killer when trying to navigate with your luggage in the dark with no street lamps on uneven roads (took about 30min with luggage).
It’s next to a daiso (closes at 9pm) and 2 eateries that close at 2am, and a minimart further down the road so that’s pretty convenient. But other than that, nothing much else during the long walk from/to the train station.
The room was clean.
There was a large public bath and a breakfast buffet, so I was able to relax.
The parking spaces are small, so larger cars may have trouble parking.
The waiter was an Indian who knocked on our door late at night for no apparent reason, which was shocking.
This is in the suburbs of Nagoya.
The hotel is just a small inn, nothing special.
