The hotel staff are absolutely excellent! Especially the cute girl from Sri Lanka who works at the front desk. She speaks English, Japanese, and Chinese, and has very good manners and a supportive attitude. She explained everything clearly, calmly, and professionally.
She handles her work with great care and professionalism, and I believe she has a bright future in the hospitality industry. If I ever open my own hotel, I would definitely hire her!

Love the Hot SPA in the rooftop a lot, staffs are friendly, the location is super great and we can walk around all the attractions nearby on foot, supermarket just opposite to the hotel and lots of local restaurants just 1-2 mins walk, a great experience and would highly recommend

It was clean and the public bath and breakfast service were good. In particular, the public bath was on the rooftop, so it felt like an open-air hot spring, which was nice. The price was also good because it was not in the center of a big city.

The breakfast menu was extensive and was quickly replenished.
There is only one elevator, so you have to wait quite a while for morning check-out and breakfast.
The bathroom facilities were a little old, but overall the room was clean and the design was easy to use. I was very impressed with the simple, unoppressive room.
I stayed on the 10th floor, but the hot water temperature was sometimes unstable.
The wide desk was very easy to use and helped me get work done. The chairs were height adjustable and comfortable to sit in.

The room is very simple, not even bottled water is provided, free parking spaces are seriously insufficient, you have to pay for parking separately, this arrangement is very poor, the hotel only has one elevator for use

Really disappointed (2025/01/04)
I am a platinum member who has already spent millions of yen at this hotel but was treated as if I were trying to steal breakfast.
I booked 2 rooms for my family (a total of 5 people, including 1 child). The front desk staff told me that the free breakfast was only applicable for 2 people, which we agreed to. I gave 1 breakfast ticket to the person staying in the other room. The next morning, I went to the restaurant with my wife (we only brought 1 breakfast ticket), and I told them I wanted to pay for an additional person. However, they questioned where I got the ticket, suggesting it must have been given to me by mistake. I explained that I am a platinum member, so I received it for free, but they insisted on seeing my membership login page. After I showed them, they then asked about the 2 other family members in another room. I told them they wouldn’t be having breakfast, but they still seemed to question me, as if they thought I was trying to steal breakfast from the hotel.
I will not use this hotel again and will tell my colleagues to do the same.

There weren't many hotels to choose from in Handa City, and this was the only one that looked okay. After all, it had a hot spring, which was acceptable. The rest was just average, nothing special. I stayed here for one night because I wanted to go to a museum for half a day.

The front desk staff is very kind. We can communicate in English. The hot spring on the rooftop is very comfortable. It can relax you after a long day. It is highly recommended to stay.
