New Toyo Hotel Toyohashi in Toyohashi

Short trip to toyohashi. The staff was very helpful.
The welcome coffee morning was also the best.
Kindly becareful that the room is very small for 2pax, recomended guest to bring few clothes to and left the heavy luggage in the counter.

Although the hotel is quite old, it was well-maintained and I had a comfortable stay.
The large public bath was also good, and I would like to use it again.

It's old, but the room is small, but it's OK for the price. The breakfast is homemade and includes raw eggs, which is a plus. I'll definitely be back (lol), but it always seems to be fully booked.

It's just a 10-minute walk from Toyohashi Station. It's along a wide road, so it's visible from afar even at night. It seemed like a hotel mainly for male guests. Of course, women can stay too. The large public bath is only available for men on weekdays. Women can only use it on a rotation basis between 8pm and 9pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. It's safe because it's locked, but it's a shame that the hours are so short. The bath in the room isn't that big either. There is a shuttle to the station, so you need to make a reservation in advance, but if you make a reservation, it's helpful even on rainy days. They also lend out pillows, so I was happy that I could exchange them if the ones provided didn't suit me. It's true that the pillows in the room were uncomfortable to sleep on... I guess more people would exchange them. The WiFi was fast and connected well, so it didn't interfere with my work, and there were outlets in places where I needed an extension cord, so it was comfortable without any problems.
