My stay was originaali fine until the last night. I wanted to extend my stay with one night. The receptionist seems upset when I came to the counter. He was restocking the mini fridge behind the counter. I waited for him to finish and was expecting him to ask me how he can help. But no he started with other tasks ignoring me. I am a foreigner so my Japanese is limited. I asked in Japanese excuse me and showed my google translator to him. He said he doesn't understand and walked away. I retype my question with simplified English this time he seemed to understand the question but when he asked me something in Japanese I said in japanese I don't understand I don't speak Japanese. Again he just started with his tasks. At this point I preferred to just leave and book another hotel for tomorrow night. It a shame really all the others were nice and helpful before.

I had a comfortable stay at Comfort Hotel Toyohashi. The rooms are impressively spacious, far larger than the typical business hotel, making it a great value for the price. While some items that are free in other hotels are rentals here, it didn’t detract from my overall experience—it’s not a dealbreaker for me. The location is superb, with easy access to the station, nearby commercial areas, and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. It's a convenient choice for travelers seeking affordability and comfort.

Service and location are good. The room was sort of clean, looked okay, but the rug was a little dirty looking. However, when you turned on the air it filled the room with musty air that smelled very bad.
