Amazing Onsen , they served free Ice cream and ramen after Onsen. It was a great experience. Nice staff.

Disposable shaver is top notch. Please maintain 🙏

High value for money - great location, convenient parking, onsen and freebies included (e.g., free ramen at night, snacks after onsen and coffee all day long).

Very convenient, just beside train station. There is hot springs available

Near to station Hotel have onsen Good breakfast !

it’s my fav dormy inn so far. literally 30 steps from JR station and bus/taxi stops, while the station has souvenir shop, convenience store/atm, locker, a resto. room with separate sink, second door blocking outside sound, a tiny stool for eating, plus their signature top-floor public bath. outside the hotel some trees where birds gather every evening. if they can clean the air-con more frequently...

It was a pretty average hotel. Everything about it was average. There were no facilities that were lacking, no particular flaws, and nothing that particularly impressed me.

It's perfect for sightseeing. The parking lot is on-site and flat, so loading and unloading luggage was easy. There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so we had a comfortable stay!

The cleanliness was satisfactory and there was no problem with the hotel. I think this is a business hotel that can be recommended to a wide range of people.

I went here with my boyfriend during the golden week. There was a lot of people so the parking lot was limited and we were told that if we go out after check in, there’s a possibility of not getting a parking space when we returned. But In such case, they will pay as some money so I think it’s good enough. Overall was an-okay-stay.

Hot Spring bath and good night's rest. Delicious Japanese breakfast set in the morning.

very clean and cozy hotel to stay and rest for long trips.

Booked a room for two with two beds. Room was a bit small for two adults. Microwave, Vending machines and a lounge like space on the second floor. A minute walk away from Izumoshi Station and its bus loop that takes you to Izumo Taisha. Recommend for people visiting the city to go visit the grand shrine.

The location is perfect, which is at the train and bus centre. The breakfast is good, with three different kinds of fish. The room is clean.

It was neat and tidy, and had a feeling of cleanliness. As I am in the same business, I learned a lot from you.

Right in front of the station👍 Right in front of the bus stop👍 The location was good and convenient😊

I couldn't get a room at my usual hotel so I stayed here. It's right in front of Izumo Station and the shuttle bus to Izumo Airport is right in front of it. There are convenience stores nearby, Seven and Lawson, so you won't have any trouble having dinner at a nearby izakaya. The room was also very clean. There was a morning newspaper service in the elevator hall. There aren't many long-term...

Nice, clean and new bedroom in Japanese style. Warm welcome with service mind staffs. Good location near by Izumo Tanisha Shrine.

It was a very clean and comfortable hotel. I was only staying overnight, but they were happy to accommodate my sudden request for dinner. Thank you very much. I only have one thing to say: I stayed on the second floor, and the smell in the hallway where the guest rooms are located bothered me. It was an indescribable smell that was quite strong. Other areas were fine.

Great onsen hotel. Very clean. And the room amenities and details are amazing loved to have the real coffee beans and grinder and kettle and brewer in the room. Can only recommend this hotel

very nice! There is a Family Mart nearby and it is a short walk to Izumo Taisha Shrine and the Izumo Historical Museum! The receptionist was very nice. Dinner and breakfast were all buffets. They were delicious. The hot springs were very comfortable. However, there were too many people and I didn’t have the chance to soak in a private hot spring. There were also free ramen and kimono rentals. It was...

It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk to Izumo Taisha Shrine. Separated from Jiayun by a wall, there are residential buildings nearby and a convenience store diagonally across the road. The most convenient way to get to the station is the bus, but the frequency is infrequent. If you don't take the bus, you can walk 20 minutes to the tram stop on the commercial street. The facilities are very good...

Chair was too big for the small room couldn’t sit in properly

Clean, next to train station. Very nice touch with the free bar in the evening. A lot of amenities

Because it was a busy time, the only non-smoking twin single room I could reserve was one with a bunk bed. The ladder was vertical and difficult to climb up and down. It was difficult to sleep on the bed. The lights from various fixtures were small but shone on the wall, and no matter where I turned, the light was bothersome. I guess it can't be helped since the room was small, but it seems like it...

Cheap but comfortable, and meals are provided free of charge. Nice view. You can use the hot springs next door for cheap. 5 seconds walk from the station.

◾️Summary Great location, but not having breakfast would have been better. ◾️Conditions ・Stayed on a weekday in February ・One night for one person, total cost about ¥7,100. ◾️Location ・Conveniently located right next to Shimane Station ◾️Service ・No particular complaints about the service. ◾️Amenities ・The amenity bar had everything you'd expect. ・There didn't seem to be any water. ・Drink service...

The facilities, including the room, were clean and had all the basic necessities, which was great. If I had to say something, it would have been nice if there were towels in the room to dry your hands, since if you take a towel into the bath, there will be no towels in the room.

Very good hotel with nice and clean spa. Highly recommend to everyone who is visiting Izumo

The amenities are great. I arrived late at night, but I liked that there was a cafe at the entrance. There's a sauna and a cold bath, so it's perfect for sauna lovers. The hot spring was warm, and it helped me to relieve the fatigue of my travels. The local aspect is also nice. I'd like to return.

I went there expecting a large public bath, but it was smaller than the one at a golf course. There were not many showers, so I had to wait a long time to wash my body.

The parking lot is a little far away, but it's not a problem. The room was new and nice. Since it's in the city, we didn't have to worry about dinner! There were lots of delicious looking restaurants around the hotel!

This was a very nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable and had a large window which was great for letting the light inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area was quiet. There was one tiny issue where I could hear a buzz noise from outside but that was blocked out when the television was on.

I stayed there on December 27th. The service was good and the room was clean. Breakfast was a buffet at the attached izakaya (Japanese pub). The location was great, right in front of the station. However, the hallway in front of the room was dark and it was difficult to find the keyhole.

I'm staying here for a long-term business trip. It's close to the station and surrounded by izakayas and bars, a Mos Burger, a drugstore, and a convenience store. The hotel's TV is 42.46 inches, I think, and it's easy to see and satisfying. However, the refrigerator is so small, it doesn't fit in if you're overstocked. The front desk staff are very helpful. They provide a hand towel and a hot pack...

It's nice to have a sauna, but there is no cold bath, so you have to take a shower.

The hotel and rooms are clean, there is a sauna in the large communal bath, security is good, the welcome drink, free drinks, and ramen service are excellent, there is a wide variety of options at the breakfast buffet, and there is also an umbrella and bicycle rental service, so you won't have any trouble getting around Izumo city.

Located very close to Izumo Station, it is extremely convenient. The room was clean throughout and very comfortable. It was quite spacious for a single room. The complimentary ramen provided was delicious and very impressive.

It was wonderful. Everything was wonderful - the service from the staff, the amenities, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the location. It's no wonder there were so many elderly guests. Next time I go to Izumo, I'd like to stay at Green Hotel Morris!

This is an old hotel, but it is clean. Dinner was delicious, but breakfast was a bento, which was a bit disappointing. Everything was average. It's conveniently located near the station. I booked this hotel because I was planning to visit Izumo Taisha Shrine and there were no other accommodations available. If I were to return, I would probably stay overnight and eat out. The bath water was weak, and...

It's about a 10-minute walk from Izumo-shi Station. I was surprised to find a cemetery right behind it, but the food in the restaurant is delicious. I especially recommend the meat dishes.

The bathroom ventilation is poor. The bath water volume is low. There is no safe in the room. The price of 13,600 yen for two people includes breakfast, which is cheap. It is a five-story building.

I stayed at this inn through a tour company's plan. I stayed for two nights with breakfast included. They also offer catering, and the Japanese breakfast was delicious. The hotel itself feels a little old. There aren't many outlets in the room. These days, outlets are essential for charging smartphones and mobile batteries, but there was only one outlet next to the pillow.

This hotel had really no amenities like free coffee. It was a bit run down. The garden area in back was nice. Beds were more comfortable than other hotels.

Stayed here a few days and the room was comfortable however there was very little breakfast dinning near this hotel. Walked 1.4 km to find a place that served eggs and coffee.

A nice stay. Better than a business hotel, reception is friendly

With carpark but may be inaccessible for the one without car. Satisfactory experience with big rooms.

Really comfortable room and great breakfast buffet at a good price.

there are quite a bit of shops and restaurant around the area but it is very far away from the station. There is no way i can walk there and bus is not frequent so i took taxi. Expensive but necessary if you need to go to this hotel. Other than that nth I can complaint about.

Compared to other hotels that I stayed in this has better space and has a good price, I think, I didn't accept the receipt coz its so big with a red stamp at the bottom of an a4 bond paper.

全体的に綺麗だった。朝食も種類があって良かったと思う。コロナ対策も、きちんとしているホテルという印象。 ベットの頭の所にコンセントが２カ所あるのは便利！！

It's reasonably priced and only takes less than 10 minutes from the station. There are convenience stores, restaurants, and drugstores along the way, making it a very convenient hotel. They also provide a variety of services. The rooms are clean and the unit bath is quite spacious, and it is possible to fill it with hot water. There are steps in the hallways from the second floor onwards, so please...

We stayed here with our family during our trip to Izumo. When we first saw the exterior of the building, we were a little worried about its age, but the interior was clean and comfortable. The room was a Japanese-style room and very large (with two toilets, so it was probably a large room), so we were able to relax comfortably. It was also conveniently located near Izumo Station, with plenty of restaurants...

I stayed at this hotel for three nights on a business trip. There are many business hotel chains found across the country in front of Izumo Station, but this is a locally owned hotel. Since I'm on a local business trip, I'd like to stay at a place like this. It's just under 10 minutes from the station and directly across from the hospital. It was conveniently close to both the downtown area and...

I started to feel uneasy walking towards the hotel from the station because it was taking so long to come into view. When I finally got in front of the city hospital and saw the hotel, it was small, old, and shabby... The paint and color had changed in some places, so I wondered if I should have booked somewhere else. That was my first impression. It turns out I had reserved a Japanese-style room,...

The food at this hotel was excellent. My plan didn't include dinner, but I stopped by the restaurant next to the front desk. The ingredients were fresh, apparently from the local area, and everything was delicious. The staff were friendly, and I drank way too much. I was more satisfied than with the dinner plan, being able to choose from a wide variety of menu items. It was a bit disappointing that...

Such great location and beautiful surroundings! It is a great place to stay if you want to get out in the early morning and be the first on the grounds of Izumo Ōyashiro!

It is very close to Izumo Taisha Shrine. It takes only one minute to walk to the main gate. There is a street of snacks and souvenirs at the entrance. There are many delicious foods and it is very lively during the day. The hotel facilities are very complete, the breakfast is exquisite and delicious, and there is a hot spring for bathing.

A great hot spring hotel, right next to Izumo Taisha Shrine. There are many restaurants around, but they are all closed at night. The hotel's courtyard is exquisite, the hot springs are average, and the food is average. The best thing is the location and courtyard. It is an old building and the service is good.

It was a charming inn and it was nice. However, I think the special rooms are cold in the winter. The windows are wooden frames, not sash windows. The heating doesn't work very well, so it was very cold. The serving staff at dinner and breakfast had not been properly trained and their service was very poor. The lack of consideration was stressful and ruined the delicious food. The young staff tried...

Located very close to Izumo Taisha Shrine, the hotel has the charm of a traditional inn. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and just the right amount. The zenzai served for breakfast was especially tasty. It was nice that you could drink coffee anytime. It was a short walk from the large torii gate and you could also walk to Inasa Beach, so it was very convenient. The staff were very friendly...

a delicate smell of incense welcomes you and sets the tone for your stay Gourmet meal Very comfortable rooms with good bathrooms Privileged place of rest located very close to the sanctuary and the train station Very attentive staff even if English is not yet in the top !

The newly renovated rooms are very clean and close to Izumo Taisha Shrine. However, noise from the next room and the hallway is noticeable and bothersome. The blackthroat seaperch served at dinner was dry. There were few staff members, so it was difficult to order additional drinks, etc. The hot spring water was smooth, but bathing time was limited.

The amenities, hot springs, beds in the rooms, and the facilities in general were all good.

MasuYa Inn is the kind of place that reminds you why traditional ryokan experiences in Japan are so special. Our room was a perfect blend of Japanese and Western comfort—a tatami dining space with a scroll alcove for dinner, and a modern bedroom opening directly onto a beautifully kept garden. Waking up to that view was unforgettable. Dinner was an elaborate kaiseki-style feast, highlighting regional...

A wonderful stay! It's very close to Izumo Taisha Shrine, the room was great and comfortable, and the onsen bath was very clean. It's just a pity there's no outdoor onsen. It rained heavily the next day and we couldn't get a taxi. It would have been great if the hotel could provide a shuttle bus.

I stayed here with my wife one night, we all love the room and good atmosphere. It has a vintage look, refurbished interiors, new bathroom facilities, and with courtyard views. And it close to bus station, if you come here by bus from JR, u can put the luggage first. Only bad thing is that there are so many mosquito. But countryside…we have known that. Also, we enjoy the transitional Japanese breakfast...

Just right in front of the JR train and bus station, very convenient, room is normal.

small room..smoking floor. bf is ok

Excellent hotel a very short walk from the JR station. There is an onsen (Ranpu no Yu) 5min walk from the hotel. Compact room but everything you need in there. Great base from which to explore the city and the bus to Izumo Taisha is right there at the JR/bus station making it super convenient.

Location nearby train station. Many isakaya eateries nearby.

The location is excellent, right across from Izumo Station. They also offer affordable rates during the "God is in the Moon" period. Even the smoking rooms are smoke-free. The only downside was that I found some clothes I'd left in the room after checking out, but the hotel said they couldn't find them after I asked twice. :(

This is probably the best hotel chain (affordable) in Japan. Toyoko Inn's service is incredible. They provided assistance to the nearest car park , as well as provide free parking for guests (if you are early). The free breakfast at the hotel is restaruant level! Highly reccomended! Whenever you see Toyoko Inn, just book it. Nothing will go wrong.
