Hamamura Onsen Totoya in Tottori

The food was really amazing. It’s the first time I have a food coma with kaiseki ryori (quantities are huge) and it’s delicious.
The rooms were good, but the onsen was a bit disappointed for an onsen village, and the hotel itself is a bit old, the corridors are smelly.
But otherwise, all the rest is great

It was very quiet and felt like a nice, old-fashioned hot spring inn. I stayed there the night before my exam, and they prepared a special room for me. They were very kind and lent me an umbrella when it was raining and I didn't have one. I passed the exam without a hitch, so I'd definitely like to visit again on a trip.
For the meal, I chose the Wagyu beef sukiyaki plan, which was incredibly luxurious and I was very happy. The hot spring also had an open-air bath, so it was very relaxing. I was also impressed by how clean the changing rooms were.

The room was large and the food was very tasty, with fresh fish and shellfish. If I have the chance, I will stay again.
