Everything is cost-effective, except that we only received one small bottle of water during our four-night stay, which we could not get even if we asked for. Although there is a vending machine, it is still a little lacking in humaneness. I hope the hotel can follow suit.

At first I was surprised because I thought there was no air conditioner, but when I asked, they said there was a button on the bed. Although the air conditioner is managed from the control room, there was no inconvenience because you could adjust it!

This hotel is the perfect destination to choose when travelling in Tottori. It is very close to the Tottori station and there are a lot of onsen choices, local eateries around too. The onsen provided in the hotel is very good and comfortable too. Overall a wonderful stay.

I'm not sure why this place is marketed as suitable for families. We skipped the hot spring baths because pre-showering wasn't permitted, and honestly, artificial hot springs don't really appeal to me. Overall, it was just okay – nothing particularly good or bad. On the plus side, it's very close to Tottori Station and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Tottori Station and has a hot spring bath. The room has three beds, perfect for a family of three. The area isn't very busy, so we only visited Conan Town due to time constraints (from Tottori Station, you have to take the Shinkansen to Kurayoshi, and once there, you have to walk). I was a bit disappointed not to visit the sand dunes.

The car park is located opposite the hotel, the covered spaces are very narrow, and I ended up parking in an uncovered space on the upper level. The hotel hot spring is OK and the room is clean overall. The breakfast buffet was ok.

A very good hotel, it looks very European on the outside, but it is a very traditional Japanese Western-style hotel on the inside. There is a large public bath on the first floor, where you can buy milk to drink after taking a bath, and there is also a wedding hall.

I booked this hotel because of the indoor natural onsen bath and it's really great! The hotel room itself is big and clean. We saw an insect but overall I think still OK. They allowed us to check in earlier and kept our luggage after checkout.

Stayed 5 nights. Room is small for 2 with big luggages. Counter staff are polite and helpful. The machine torn one corner of my husband’s laundry. No compensation or apologies given. I suppose you use at your own risk, 300 yen for laundry. Understand from my friend who stayed at Super Hotel Ekimae, laundry is 100 yen over there. Enjoying a stay at the super hotel Tottori-eki Kitaguchi, while soaking in a small hot spring bath. It’s a very good to see good hotel staffs and to have a healthy breakfast here. The hot spring bath space here is a bit small and good for a few people only. But l like this kind of alkaline type hot spring.

The only highlight of this super hotel is the free-flowing selection of various drinks in the evenings, including Japanese sake, Western spirits, and wine—a wide variety. Recommended for wine lovers. Modernized ryokan with its own onsen. 5 minute walk to the train station, not too many restaurants / bars around the hotel. Lovely garden and nice rooms. The main onsen shouldn‘t be used if you have tattoos but there is a private family bath that can be used with tattoos. This was my first time visiting Tottori, and I chose a hot spring inn. With over 100 years of history, it's very well maintained. The rooms were quite spacious, the hot spring was very comfortable, and the best part was the private baths—no reservations needed! The only downside was the poor soundproofing in the rooms, but that's to be expected given it's an old establishment. 😅
