Hotels in Atsugi

The hotel is ok but the staff doesn't know how to be kind to foreigners. I hope when it comes to customers especially if they don't know how to speak Japanese, they will be friendly and understand. I hope they smile until the customer leaves.

The staff were fantastic, the service great. Unfortunately the bed was rock hard, extremely uncomfortable so unable to sleep

One of the best hotels my family & I stayed at. Very close to Atsugi Train Station and close to a lot of restaurants. The parking was very inexpensive for Japan fees, it was 1500 per day. Definitely would come and stay there.

First of all, the staff are all friendly and helpful and resolve all issues quickly. The location is good, a little noise from the train line but that's the cost of being so central. The rooms are quite large and nice, very clean, but maybe the bed should have been smaller. Breakfast is ok, dining area is nice but close to the reception.

The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of items. It's about a 10-minute walk, but you can see the sign from Hon-Atsugi Station, so it's easy to find.

The place was really clean and nice and quiet — perfect for relaxing😌

The hotel staff were excellent. The TV has access to Disney+ and Netflix. The service was amazing, and every staff member greeted us with warm smiles.

It's very convenient just walk within 10 minutes to the train station. The room was so clean as Japanese standard. Also that was great normal standard breakfast. Staff were kind and helpful.

Super outdated place that needs a serious renovations and black mold in bathroom?? I couldn’t even take a proper bath/shower in bathroom had to do a quick wash with sink smh. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating outside of that I won’t stay again

The hotel is very close and very convenient for travel. The room is spacious and worth the price. It's near many shopping places, which is good. The breakfast is very delicious. But there is one problem: we traveled from another country for 9-10 hours with a kid, arriving 1-2 hours early. The hotel charged us a room entrance fee. I've never encountered this before. I've only encountered the situation...

Came to Atsugi on a business trip. This hotel is very close to Hon-Atsugi Station, about a 10-minute walk away. There is also a commercial street behind it, and it is convenient to eat in many restaurants. This is an old hotel with relatively simple facilities, but there is no bottled water in the room, which needs to be purchased by yourself. The front desk was very considerate towards our children, which was nice. We didn't hear much noise from the next room, so it was stress-free.

The French toast at the breakfast buffet, the automatically made pancakes, and the *rice topped with rice* were all carefully made and delicious.

While the facilities felt a bit dated, the front desk staff were very polite and helpful, which left a positive impression.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in town for a business trip. The front desk staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and compact. The 1300 JPY breakfast offers enough variety, and there's a convenience store right downstairs. It's conveniently located just a 7-8 minute walk from the North Exit of the station.

The room was beautiful and came fully equipped with all amenities. I was very impressed with the incredibly attentive service from the front desk staff. The bed was comfortable, and the warm bathtub was a convenient addition.

It was a good hotel not so far from Honatsugi station.

- Hotel located not far from Hon-Atsugi Station, easy to walk. - Restaurants and convenience stores around here. - Good room: large, quiet and clean. - Free breakfast: Salad, cereal and bread. -

This is an older hotel and the rooms have a bit of an odor, but other than that I had no complaints and was comfortable. I also appreciated the amenities and breakfast service. Above all, the rooms are larger than a normal business hotel.

We stayed here for a total of 25 nights (!!) as a family of three to visit my parents who live nearby. My husband arrived halfway through the stay, so they offered us to move to a larger room, and I was very impressed with their detailed attention and services to make our extended stay very comfortable. I have stayed at a few other hotels in Hon-Atsugi for an extended period in the past, and frankly...

Room was spacious having compared with average Business hotel - very clean. Great location. Very self efficient. Complementary breakfast is adequate- if you want anything substantial you can nip into Family Mart ('Combini' store) - only 2 min walk away You don't expect a good view from the room simply because it is in the middle of town and nothing really to see. However a lot of good restaurants...

An old hotel with big rooms, dry and wet separation, very good service, sanitation is OK and clean, and it is also very close to Hon-Atsugi Station, only 3-5 minutes walk away. There are also many restaurants around, which is good. I will choose here next time I come back!

Continuing our stay with one more night. The massager was in use... Picked three eggs from free breakfast. BTW, the premium queen room is very wide and spacious!!

hotel was nice, super convenient for those traveling by public transport. however, we drove and they gave us a map in Japanese (which unfortunaetly didn't understand) and they did not explain. the staff were nice but would be great if they made it more english friendly

At verey good location, although still use traditionaly key, security still should not be an issue at all.

The hotel is located above a mall linked to the train station. The room I had was very big and clean. Overall it’s a good stay. Just a minor point, while it might not be the hotel’s fault, I saw cockroaches at the entrance of the mall, which cannot be avoided before reaching my room. Also, the carpark in partnership with the hotel isn’t not the closest to it.
