Toyoko Inn Hon Atsugi Station Minami in Atsugi

I wanted to extend the stay but was full vacancy and I have a package coming in. I told the reception to receive and hold the package as i will be coming to collect but simply they rejected.

Very disappointed with the service there for not understanding what we foreigner facing.

Definitely not recommending this INN to any one.

Festival and fireworks were canceled but I went anyway just to get out of the house and have some quite time for myself. I drove there and they had tall parking garage. ¥1000 per day and have to pay right there when you get there at the front desk. It's pretty close to train station. Convenient stores near by. Customer service is nice but they barely speak English. I noticed them on email I do not speak Japanese. For them to speak English enough to get by? I stayed none smoking room. It was 2nd floor right a front of elevator. Room was clean but had spider string look a like was on the ceiling I found the next day... I took all my bathing stuff and skincares but they provide all those things. I don't think they provide body sponge to scrub the body. I couldn't sleep very well because bed is hard for me. There was noise and I could hear and feel the door sliding from the first floor when I was laying on the bed because the room was right above the main door from the first floor. I didn't know there was any free Wi-Fi. Nobody noticed me and there was no information in the room. For free breakfast have to go to first floor. It's 6 to 9am. I went down at 8 thought that it would have been less people but I was wrong... It was so many people and they had no dividing wall on the tables so didn't want to eat risking getting COVID19. It was good that I bought some food the day before from near by restaurants. I ate leftovers... I waited untill after 9am so the area is cleared up to check out. I don't think I had good experience..... 😕
