Clean, tidy, convenient.  Very nice hotel. Close to Kawagoe station.

A traditional old street is nearby. A small shopping mall is right by the hotel. The hotel has coin laundry with dry, so its easy for customers who need this service.

Very new hotel. Good WiFi. Good temperature control In the room. Comfortable bed. Typical Japanese hotel size but enough.  In-room amenities are basic with a few more basic items available in the lobby.  Plenty of restaurants and the station is less than 5 minute walk with supermarkets etc there.

So close to the subway station, and it's fully covered, so no worries about rain! The room isn't huge, and those two chairs really aren't necessary. The bathroom has excellent wet/dry separation, but opening a 28-inch suitcase is a bit of a squeeze.

I love the breakfast here. The freshly baked breads were really delicious. Other food is basic but the taste is profound. The staffs were really nice too. They have a public hot bath. When I used it, it was only me there so it felt like I had a private hot bath all by myself. After taking a bath, I chose a pillow from various kinds of pillows available in the lobby and slept soundly that night.

the hotel is very nice, located 3 minutes' walk from the train directly to Shinjuku. The staff is kind. The breakfast has many options, the onsen is clean and was not crowded in the evening. The only issue is that our room was so small we could not move around.

The shared bathrooms and toilets are very clean and smell nice. Fresh towels are provided every night. The room was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. When I checked in, they explained the hotel floors and facilities to me in detail.
