Centrally located and convenient to visit commercial and the old street. Clean. Friendly staff members.

The hotel is located very close to the train station, which makes it convenient for travelers. Right in front of the hotel is a Matsuya, and at night the area comes alive with plenty of izakaya options nearby.

Parking is available, but it’s not underground—it’s situated beside the hotel. One thing to note is that the hotel does not have a public bathroom outside of the rooms. The facilities overall feel rather dated, so if you are particular about modern amenities, this might be something to keep in mind.

The hotel's location is right next to the subway station, and you can walk to attractions in just 10 minutes. It's a highly recommended hotel; my whole family loved it. Plus, there are plenty of great dining, drinking, and entertainment options nearby!

This is an excellent hotel with great service, cleanliness, and facilities! The location is particularly fantastic, right across from the pedestrian street, and only about a 10-minute walk to Kawagoe's old town. Next to the hotel is Hon-Kawagoe Station, and the JR station is also a 10-minute walk away, with bus connections between the two. One thing to note is that Hon-Kawagoe Station doesn't have many lines; some connect to JR, but you can only buy tickets for the current line. Any additional fare needed must be paid at the final station.
