I was in town for a show, and this hotel is really close to Tachikawa Stage Garden. It's super clean, and both check-in and check-out were a breeze.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Emisia. The location is super convenient. Very close to Tachikawa Station, with Lawson and 7-Eleven right next door, and Donki just across the street. Services are perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff at front desk. The room although a bit small, basic but still comfortable. Very convenient location from Tachikawa JR Station. Many choices on different kinds of restaurants, shopping malls. Showa Kinen Park is definitely must visit, very close to the hotel with around 20mins walk. Will definitely stay again in the future!!

I've been traveling the world for 30 years, staying in hotels for over 100 days a year, and this is the only hotel I've ever encountered that didn't even provide a single bottle of water in the room.

The convenience of being located in front of Tachikawa Station where you can find everything, the ability to receive and send packages at the hotel front desk, the availability of a coin laundry so you can travel light, the lending of an iron and ironing board, the complimentary letter set upon request, and the delicious free drink bar.

I was surprised and delighted to receive complimentary alcoholic beverages in my room at night, as it was their 20th anniversary. I also enjoyed breakfast; both the Japanese and Western options were excellent, and I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

I visited this city for business. This is a hotel near tachikawa station. all employee was very kind. In the Lobby there's a good place where I can have a stay.

I have a family trip with kids. They add cute kids tooth brushes, slippers towels… to us. Also fast response to request. And few minutes walk to the JR station, that full of food!

It is a hotel far from the center but close to the metro line. There are not many facilities around it. It is good to have a big market opposite, but the single-bed rooms are a bit mediocre, the rooms for 2 single people are a bit more reasonable.

I stayed here for work. The large public bath and the quiet room allowed me to get a good night's rest. There are many bars and other establishments around, but there is also a convenience store, so it's easy to have a meal in your room.

This is a wonderful hotel with heartfelt décor and attentive service. Since it was winter and the air was dry, I asked if they could borrow a humidifier, and they even brought one right to my room. It was a Panasonic Nanoe! I've been to Tachikawa many times, but this was my first time staying here, and I'd definitely like to use it again.

When I moved the screen door, it was not properly fitted and it just fell off, which was a problem.

It's close to the south exit of Tachikawa Station and the price is reasonable. Check-in was a little slow and the facilities are not new, but it was enough for a place to sleep.

It's close to Tachikawa Station, the single room isn't too small, and the bed is spacious. It also has a mini kitchen, which is great because you can use the pots, frying pans, and kettle. (I didn't have time to use it this time.) The only downside was that when I hung my clothes up, the bottom of my long dress got tucked. Other than that, I had a comfortable stay. It's just the right size, is well-cleaned, and smoking is permitted on the balcony so the room doesn't smell like cigarettes.It also comes with a frying pan, small pot, kettle, plates, spoons and forks so it might be good for people who like to do a little cooking.
