Reviews
The location is very convenient, close to the station and with a convenience store right next door.
What impressed me most was the friendliness of the staff. Both the front desk and cleaning staff were extremely courteous throughout my three nights, which really warmed my heart. I felt more than satisfied with the price.
I was also able to use the large public bath in the main building, which is just a one-minute walk away. While there are only three washrooms, it's compact, but it was clean and enough to soothe the fatigue of my travels.
This is a wonderful hotel that I would definitely like to use again.
It also has a mini kitchen, which is great because you can use the pots, frying pans, and kettle.
(I didn't have time to use it this time.)
The only downside was that when I hung my clothes up, the bottom of my long dress got tucked.
Other than that, I had a comfortable stay.
Thank you very much.
There was a handwritten note on the table in the room.
I think it would be better to re-paste it if it can be done.
The customer service was also good.
Everything was great except for the wallpaper!
I thought it was great that I could use the large public bath in the main building. However, I was working and got back to the hotel around 9pm so I couldn't use it, which was disappointing. I'd like to use it again next time.
I think that this was originally a studio apartment turned into a hotel.
The hotel, which is twice as expensive as here, was completely fully booked, and fortunately it was quite vacant, so I stayed there.
I was very pleased with the front desk response to sudden inquiries and procedures.
but··
The designated floor was cooking in another room, and it was terrible to the outside of the elevator due to the smell of garlic.
In addition, two of the rooms (both smelled) were unpleasant because they yelled and made noise (they were full), so I consulted and asked them to change to the remaining one.
The room is on the edge, and you can't see the outside with the pillars, the veranda? It didn't make any sense just because there was a small edge.
Well, originally it was a studio apartment, but it will be a hotel, and the on-site staff will just be working.
Next to the room I moved to, there was a long outer staircase.
Early in the morning, I was awakened by the loud rising and falling sounds and loud voices of the cleaning staff.
And when I tried to open the door at checkout, I couldn't open it because I had something in front of the door, but there was no "I'm sorry".
It's sold with a kitchenette, but you don't need a cooking option.
It's unpleasant to smell something stinking.
Also, the equipment in the room I stayed in was dusty!
The photo is only a kettle, but there was dust on the frying pan.
Even short hair on the kettle (please enlarge if it is difficult to understand).
I didn't use it because I felt uncomfortable.
Actually, there is one ☆ (because it is not possible to set a minus), but since the customer service of the front staff was good, I decided to use two.
The room wasn't big at all.
