Great location by the beach, but only a small free area for guests and most facilities require extra fees. The hotel feels a bit old with damp rooms, and parking is inconvenient since most lots are across a busy road—unsafe for kids and the elderly. On the bright side, the breakfast was very good and quite varied, and it was lovely to enjoy it on the higher floors with a sea view.

Kanehide Kise Beach Palace was a nice hotel to stay in! Although there was nothing much in the surroundings, the hotel had all your basic needs. A perfect place to spend your days in Okinawa. Although there is not much around the hotel itself (one restaurant), there are some cafes and shops in 10-15 minute walk. Nice beach, but close at 5 o’clock

Very nice to have 10% discount at the store next to the lobby, but not much to go around the hotel, join the water park and it’s fun to play, clean room, just sometimes has bad smell with the AC, always no one in the front desk, don’t have kid’s amenities

Little bit old and smell from the pipe and carpet. However it has sea view. The beach too many rock and shell.

The seaview and the beach are magnificent. However some of the furniture in the guest room may need to replace such as the chair and to remove such as the stove.

Hotel cleanliness room was not clean properly and a lot of small black spider, and mosquitoes. Wi-Fi rate 2 most of the time no internet. The view was great and the breakfast was delicious.

Good relax place. Room abit old but there is afamily mart right beside.

The room was a bit small, but the bed was comfortable and it was clean. The shower was tiny, but the price was good and the location was excellent. It was convenient for transport, right by the beach downstairs, with attractions nearby and discounts for guests. Parking was free, and there's a Lawson convenience store right next door.

Excellent hotel right on the beach! Large pool and outdoor space. Good location not far from the town and with plenty of parking available. Parking was free. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lawson right out front of hotel.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right by the sea, making water activities super convenient. The keyless entry with a password lock is a great convenience. There's a Lawson convenience store right next door, and a bus stop directly across the street for easy access to the airport and attractions.

Amazing place to stay. The price is great. The room is comfortable and clean. There is a Lawson just next to the hotel. Big parking lot. Best things: you got a nice private beach during your stay!

I really like the local breakfast that was provided - healthy, wholesome with quite a good variety. Really enjoyed it. Also liked that they provide free coffee during the day. The rooms are a bit small (even for two persons) but still have the necessary amenities (hair dryer, wardrobe, etc.). The location is not bad, it's near a Lawson's, a Family Mart, a 7-11, and an A&W.

For a decent price you get a convenient location not too far from the bus stop. We booked the hotel weeks ago and requested for rooms on high floors but were assigned 2/F, which is a bit disappointed. The onsen is semi open air on roof, if only the washing area were enclosed, the experience would be a whole lot better.

Washing machine inside the room is a big advantage. Very nice.

The room was absolutely clean and good. There was a microwave, fridge and washing machine in the room. There was a hot spring on the 10th floor (a public bath). What was not very convenient is that there are no quilt covers, but an extra sheet and blanket separately. I would say it was quite expensive for a motel type place, but overall good.

Small but perfectly formed! It even has a washing machine!

The sea view is absolutely stunning.

This was my second time staying here, and the location is great. They have a parking lot, and there's a drugstore and a department store within a 3-5 minute walk (with a huge clothing section and supermarket). The hotel is very clean, has a large public bath, and even a washing machine in the room! I'll definitely be back again.

Every staff member was wonderful, and their genuine enthusiasm really shone through. The hotel is located in a vibrant area with convenient transportation. What's more, with three parking lots available, there's no need to worry about paying for parking.

The hotel's location is excellent, with Bus 120 stopping right outside the entrance. It also features a private beach. Overall service was good, and the breakfast was satisfactory. The rooms, however, felt a bit dated, reminiscent of older Best Western properties. The slippers provided were also quite slippery.

The hotel room was incredibly small. They crammed three of us into a space clearly meant for two, forcing one to sleep on a top bunk. Getting ready in the morning was a chaotic mess with all three of us. On the bright side, the breakfast was excellent – it was both refined and very filling. Parking was also convenient.

Not bad. The room is newly renovated and clean, with a free onsen. Just forget about the pool and jacuzzi. It’s difficult to communicate with the front desk though.

There's a multi-story car park right next to the hotel entrance, but the front desk asked us to park elsewhere initially. It wasn't until a local guest spoke to the staff that they finally directed us to the paid multi-story parking. We weren't even allowed to stop briefly at the entrance. The next day, when we checked out, I saw the entrance was full of cars.

Luggage Storage, clean, decent size, self-service pillows Not much to do around the area at night though, but that's Nago for you.

Great location almost close to most of the places of interest eateries and shopping areas. Hotel staff was helpful assisting tower car parking and pick up. Hotel room very well equipped with all essential Power Point for chargers. Spacious and comfortable bathroom.

Has sea views and a large public bath inside the hotel! The environment is quiet and pleasant! Parking for self-driving cars costs ¥1000 per day.

Great location in central Nago. The amenities were top notch! They even provided extra pillows and bathrobes on every floor. Rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfy!

Beyond excellent value for money! The stay was comfortable and the facilities were complete.

More like an apartment rental, no cleaning conducted during our stay but the place was very clean to start with. Huge uni and well located for the Nago area.

There are AEON and Donki shopping malls within a 5-10 minute drive. The staff are very friendly, there are plenty of parking spaces, the rooms are large and have two separate wet and dry bathrooms, a kitchenette with a microwave and an IH stove at the entrance, and a large balcony. We booked a four-person room, but two of us had to make beds and sleep on tatami mats. Overall, the stay was quite good

Located halfway up the mountain, it's conveniently located by car. The rooms are spacious, which kids loved. However, the hotel doesn't offer many amenities.

Everything is good except the dryer machine can’t dry the clothes

The room is very large, with a hall and a separate room. There are two toilets and two bathrooms. There is a washing machine and dryer in the room, and you can also cook wild food. The location is great, next to the pineapple garden and the fruit kingdom. It’s only about a 20-minute drive to the Sea Tower. Overall, very satisfied. Will stay here again next time.

There are two conventient store near the hotel

The hotel has its own parking lot, which costs $500 per night. The front desk and elevator are a bit small, but the room itself is quite spacious and very nice. Being on a high floor with a sea view, waking up in the morning was absolutely stunning. I even saw a rainbow! 🌈

Very close to the beach and nice sea view outside the room but there are quite a lot insects at the entrance when we went back to the hotel at night.

The hotel is located by the sea and has a private beach, but it's a bit far from the city center. There was only one pillow and it was quite flat, and the mattress was on the firm side. We stayed on the first floor; the room was spacious, but the door and overall facilities were a bit dated, though still clean.

Big Mart is close, the beach is nearby, and the bedding was clean and great. I plan to book for 3 consecutive days next time. I am extremely satisfied!!!!

This was my first time using a hotel like this, so I was a little confused (there was no staff) but I only stayed there to sleep, so it was fine. Thank you very much.

It's close to the downtown area, so the location was excellent. I'd like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

It's a self service hotel. Don't expect too much, but for the price and for the covenience, it's ok. I'll come to stay again.
