Great location by the beach, but only a small free area for guests and most facilities require extra fees. The hotel feels a bit old with damp rooms, and parking is inconvenient since most lots are across a busy road—unsafe for kids and the elderly. On the bright side, the breakfast was very good and quite varied, and it was lovely to enjoy it on the higher floors with a sea view.

The facilities were good, but there was a lot of unpleasant smell, probably because of the air conditioning inside.

We booked for our honeymoon, and it was a lovely stay. Our room had an excellent view over the beach and pools. We did find the opening times of the pools a bit odd and the lack of affordable food options at the resort a challenge, but with a car, there's plenty of good food options nearby.

The outdoor pools are very nice but beware of the short opening hours.

It’s a pity we have to shorten our stay due to driving license issue and could not rent a car. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable. Pillow is a bit small and soft. Ocean view is spectacular . This is a fantastic property for families. It is truly an all inclusive resort with fantastic rooms, food options, facilities and in room amenities. Very spacious with very comfy bed. The big bath tub allowed me to have a nice and fun bath time with my baby daughter. A balcony with sea view makes it even more perfect. On top of that, reception staff are super welcoming and friendly. Thanks for your smile and a very smooth check-in-out process.

The seaview and the beach are magnificent. However some of the furniture in the guest room may need to replace such as the chair and to remove such as the stove.

Hotel cleanliness room was not clean properly and a lot of small black spider, and mosquitoes. Wi-Fi rate 2 most of the time no internet. The view was great and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right by the sea, making water activities super convenient. The keyless entry with a password lock is a great convenience. There's a Lawson convenience store right next door, and a bus stop directly across the street for easy access to the airport and attractions.

Nice hotel especially the Annex which is new and relatively quiet. Room with own hot bath and hotel provided bath salt so you can relax inside the room after a long day. They also provide small fireworks from evening. Free drinks include beer in the evening as well. Breakfast variety is good with western & Japanese covered. Booked the newer side of the hotel. One of the best hotels I’ve been to, the interior is beautiful with wooden accents everywhere. Room is spacious and clean. The hot tub was also amazing. I also love that the toilet has its separate little room! Would definitely come again.

I really like the local breakfast that was provided - healthy, wholesome with quite a good variety. Really enjoyed it. Also liked that they provide free coffee during the day. The rooms are a bit small (even for two persons) but still have the necessary amenities (hair dryer, wardrobe, etc.). We booked the hotel weeks ago and requested for rooms on high floors but were assigned 2/F, which is a bit disappointed. The onsen is semi open air on roof, if only the washing area were enclosed, the experience would be a whole lot better.

The room was absolutely clean and good. There was a microwave, fridge and washing machine in the room. There was a hot spring on the 10th floor (a public bath). What was not very convenient is that there are no quilt covers, but an extra sheet and blanket separately. I would say it was quite expensive for a motel type place, but overall good.

Because it was the off-season and rainy season, there were very few guests, but all the staff were considerate and made for a very satisfying trip. The facilities were new and clean. And the sea was very clear.

I encountered the worst staff member at this hotel. They asked for an extra blanket and dragged it across the floor onto the bed. When I pointed it out, they said it was fine.

The environment is very comfortable and secluded. We didn't play golf, so we didn't enjoy the hotel's course. However, we did enjoy the teppanyaki grill, which had excellent ingredients. While it can't compare to Tokyo, it's top-notch in Okinawa. When we went out, we asked the concierge to pick us up at the beach. He was responsive and provided professional service.

Every staff member was wonderful, and their genuine enthusiasm really shone through. The hotel is located in a vibrant area with convenient transportation. What's more, with three parking lots available, there's no need to worry about paying for parking.

The hotel's location is excellent, with Bus 120 stopping right outside the entrance. It also features a private beach. Overall service was good, and the breakfast was satisfactory. The rooms, however, felt a bit dated, reminiscent of older Best Western properties. The slippers provided were also quite slippery.

The hotel room was incredibly small. They crammed three of us into a space clearly meant for two, forcing one to sleep on a top bunk. Getting ready in the morning was a chaotic mess with all three of us. On the bright side, the breakfast was excellent – it was both refined and very filling. Parking was also convenient.

There's a multi-story car park right next to the hotel entrance, but the front desk asked us to park elsewhere initially. It wasn't until a local guest spoke to the staff that they finally directed us to the paid multi-story parking. We weren't even allowed to stop briefly at the entrance. The hotel is right beside a nice relaxing beach with some activities from another company. The location is quite remote and quiet but with some nice restaurants in the vicinity.

Very good location if you're traveling by car as the hotel is between Onna and Nago. The room was spacious for two people and we had everything needed for 5 nights - a family mart exist next to the hotel if you re missing anything. The beach was very good for morning, afternoon and sunset swimming. Would recommend!

There are AEON and Donki shopping malls within a 5-10 minute drive. The staff are very friendly, there are plenty of parking spaces, the rooms are large and have two separate wet and dry bathrooms, a kitchenette with a microwave and an IH stove at the entrance, and a large balcony. We booked a four-person room, but two of us had to make beds and sleep on tatami mats. Overall, the stay was quite good

Located halfway up the mountain, it's conveniently located by car. The rooms are spacious, which kids loved. However, the hotel doesn't offer many amenities.

The room is very large, with a hall and a separate room. There are two toilets and two bathrooms. There is a washing machine and dryer in the room, and you can also cook wild food. The location is great, next to the pineapple garden and the fruit kingdom. It’s only about a 20-minute drive to the Sea Tower. Overall, very satisfied. Will stay here again next time.

Clean and tidy! Use the key to open the door! The hair dryer needs to be borrowed from the counter downstairs! The space is quite large, and the suitcase can be unfolded! There is a refrigerator, TV and dedicated wardrobe area.
