The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was clean, quiet, and well soundproofed. There are many restaurant options near the hotel, and the food was authentic, fresh, and delicious.
located at center of town, below have lawson
It’s a 20 minute drive from Hachito Station to the hotel, which is super inconvenient! If it is close to Benhachito Station to walk 15 minutes, no clearing instructions near the hotel to Benhachito Station route map? The surrounding environment is ok too!
The location was perfect for us with children, especially since we wanted to enjoy the delicious food in Hachinohe. The place was very clean, and the amenities were great. I would definitely stay here again.
Great spot, meets the standard for Daiwa properties and easy to walk around town from.
The location is perfect for a trip to Hachinohe. It's right in the heart of the city, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend it.

Family enjoyed the hot spring and welcome drink stand.
Clean room and nice hot springs with sauna. And just located around the station. It’s a nice hotel anyway.
The staff are very nice to assist the amenities and cleanliness of the hotel is very nice
Convenient location in centre of town, round the corner from Daiwa Roynet. Bed was very comfortable but room was rather small considering this is not a big town. Lots of bars and food choices within walking distance but not much to do in the city. The locals seem to go to the ***** malls, restaurants and shops just outside the city, about 15 min drive. But bus stop to major attractions is right outside...
Location is good. Lot of restaurants within walking distance. Not able to park at hotel carpark due to limited lot. Park at nearby carpark. Just a short 6mins walk. Over night parking rate is cheaper than hotel rate. Room size consider bigger than typical Japan hotel room size. Breakfast is typical Japanese style with lot varieties. There onsen in hotel.
We loved this place and ended up staying two nights. They have the nicest onsen that I have been in after 3 weeks of travel in Japan. Two rock pools, one indoor and one outdoor plus a cold plunge pool. With an ice cream treat for after! Room layout is a little awkward for two people but it works. The location is fabulous, right in the city center so great for walking around in the evening. It is a...

Extremely convenient, right next to the station. There's also a parking lot for those driving. Across the street is a drugstore, and a bit further left from the drugstore is a large supermarket. The location is excellent. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were very satisfactory. Most importantly, breakfast is provided free of charge, which is a fantastic perk for travelers.
Getting there was super easy, right next to the station, and the room was still very quiet. Plus, the price was really good!
As hotel chain, the standard are there and location is good, even next to train track but not noisy
Surprised with their onsen
Good place to make a brief stop in Hachinohe, walkable to downtown
The price was a bit high for Saturday, but it's close to the Kanbanashi Morning Market tomorrow, so I booked it even for over 900 NTD. It's a business hotel right next to Hon-Hachinohe Station, with a large public bath. The breakfast looked small but had a wide variety of options, and there was free parking! I'd definitely stay here again if I had the chance.
A business hotel chain with a heart and with staff like this, it will always be 6 stars in my heart!
There was a heavy rain storm in Tohoku. Rain and more importantly wind was strong. The local trains have stopped in a lot of area in tohoku including to the shinkansen station. Booked a 20 meter square twin bed room at the very last minute - yet the room was much more spacious than I’ve had imagined and the hotel was very welcoming with free welcome drinks and breakfast, under such an economic price. Highly recommended, especially for those who wish to stay near to Hachinohe Station for easy taking of Shinkansen.
Best hotel i happened to stay in Japan so far!
Staff is very nice, lobby cafe is cozy and comfortable (and has microwave and water supply), breakfast has many options including daily smoothie (delicious!)
Room is clean, and i was lucky to have a nice view😍
Very close to the station, like 3 min walk
Definitely could recommend it for your stay in Hachinohe
Location very convenient to train station . Room are quite small but sufficient for me . No free parking though
Good location with many restaurants around. Will come back again
The hotel is located nearby JR Hachinohe Station so it was really convenient to access.
Super close to the train station. Very clean, great breakfast with local options. There was a welcome drink and a lot of books to read (if you know Japanese).

Great location, just a 3-minute walk to Hachinohe Station. The staff were polite and friendly. The room was small but excellent value for money.
Very convenient location. Less than 5 minutes walk from train station. Room is small but comfortable.
I specifically stayed one night in Hachinohe to visit Tanesashi Coast. Toyoko Inn is a chain hotel, and it includes breakfast. You might have to queue during peak dining hours, but overall, it's pretty much the same as any other Toyoko Inn. It's close to the station; you can see it on your left as you exit.
Good location and enjoyed our breakfast very well although simple.
The self-check-in experience was quite novel, haha. It's very close to Hachinohe Station, and since it's a new station in a small city, the surrounding environment is very pleasant. Overall, it was a good experience, but the carpet cleaning could be improved as there were noticeable stains. Although breakfast is free, you get what you pay for – it was very basic. However, the lobby offers free coffee...
The breakfast is delicious, it's close to the station, and free luggage storage is available from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM. People allergic to smoke should avoid booking "smoking" rooms, as the lingering smell will still be present.

Pls valide your carpark ticket before you go out. Room although small but design thoughtfully. Front of bed enough space to move around & there is enough storage beneath your bed. Brilliant idea. Staff is always helpful and full on initiative. Room AC is individual unit not centralize which you cannot control.
Great value for price. Great location, close to a lot of good restaurants, bars, museums, etc.
the room was clean and comfortable. The bath was great!! Very large and beautiful tub.
Chic small hotel in city center of 八戶。The room I stay was super small but decent. Staff were super friendly. Free parking.
9 minutes drive to 鼻館朝市. Superb experience.
I don't have a single bad thing to say about this place. For a cheap business hotel, it's in the heart of downtown, two bloks down from Miroku Yokocho a popular collection of pop-up bars and right on the main drag of the Sansha Taisai Festival on the 1st of August. Room was comfy, had everything I needed and the high-sided Japanese style bath was great after a long day of walking all around the city...

The facilities were relatively clean.
The interior was also nice.
The room was a standard business hotel room, just right.
It wasn't particularly special, but the price was cheap and it was clean, so it was sufficient.
There were various amenities available at the front desk, and I thought the service was good, with free coffee.
I am a foreigner and the staff was very polite. I booked the room very close to the time and could check in immediately, which was really great. The room was clean and comfortable enough to rest. However, the hotel does not have a parking lot, you can park your car in the paid parking lot next to the hotel, you will get a discount (I found out after checking in). Thank you very much.
As a backpacker, it took me about 15 minutes to walk from Hon-Hachinohe Station (I can't recall if it was uphill to the hotel or to the station). The room was a bit small, with barely enough space for two suitcases. The staff were very helpful. There's a bus stop not far from the hotel that goes directly to the Guanbi Anbi morning market.
It's a standard business hotel that's worth the price.
It's fine if you don't mind the building being old, the rooms being small, and there being few consumable items provided.

I stayed in a capsule room alone, and the environment was much better than a hostel – very comfortable. The room had a locker with a code, and there was a large public bath downstairs. Although the public bath was closed due to the earthquake, at least I could still take a shower. Overall, it was a great experience.
- nice place to prepared for Michinoku coastal trail
-Great location , Train station and bus stop just a fews steps from hotel.
- within walking distance to town center
- Room is clean , quiet , comfy bed , usual room size for Japanese hotel which is ok for 2 of us
- lady at reception is very kind , she help us find the information we need and even ring to city center for us , Thank you very much
Okay, room okay, facilities are old, bathroom fixture cracked surfaces
This is as older building and not a new LiVEMAX. The public bath, however, looks like it might have been renovated last week. One of the front desk ladies speaks satisfactory English and being so close to a Universe supermarket is very convenient.

The parking lot in front of the hotel is small, but they have a partnership with a nearby multi-story parking lot so you can park without any problems.
You can park your bike underground, which is great for keeping out the wind and rain.
Although it's an older hotel, the service is excellent. They offer free curry rice from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, and there's a miso soup and coffee dispenser in the lobby. They even gave me a complimentary sweet bun of my choice when I checked in. It's within walking distance of the city center, but it's quiet and not surrounded by bars. I'd love to stay here again.

I used this hotel during a long holiday visit home.
While other hotels were charging holiday prices, I chose this one because of its reasonable pricing.
It's a standard Super Hotel, but because Super Hotels are generally of high quality, it's much better than choosing a typical local business hotel.
The amenities are also excellent.
Basically, you can go empty-handed as long as you bring a change...
Super Hotel is always the best or the best
It would have been better if there was a large bath
First time staying in this style hotel. Right on the edge of a great downtown area. No frills, but comfortable rooms. Unanticipated extras like evening drinks and face masks. The bathroom enclosure was the thing that threw me. Incredibly efficient, but a bit cramped and odd to a Westerner.
A bit away from train station. Our room smelled very musty and mold like substances were found on bathroom wall.
The hotel offers parking for NT$600 per day, which is very convenient for self-driving tourists! It is a 10-minute drive from the Guanbi'an Market, highly recommended for independent travelers.

The bed was collapsed! The facilities were very old. My friend and I slept there for one night, and our backs are sore now. The room could fit four suitcases, but I would never consider staying at this hotel again next time I visit Hachinobu.
The mattress was very soft and collapsed. The facilities were old. I wouldn't recommend it except for the cheap price. Hachino is a small city, so it's more convenient to drive there, but the scenery is still very beautiful.
The Japanese-style room is very spacious and offers excellent value for money. The next morning, opening the window reveals a view reminiscent of a small chapel. The hotel is also very conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from restaurants.
Located in a bustling downtown area, just a few dozen meters away from the art museum and city hall. The hotel environment is quieter than expected, just like being in the woods of nature. If you like quiet environment, you will definitely love it.
The room is big enough, the bathroom is small and has a peculiar smell, but it is acceptable.
