Excellent location, no light pollution, but needs to improve facilities in all aspects
Good location and fun atmosphere. The tents are sparse but cozy and the sunsets are wonderful. After a day in Wadi Rum, this was a great way to close out the day.
This was a disappointment. Western style shacks built for accomodation. Expected typical nomadic environment. The desert is to be seen though.

Atlantis is beautiful and in such a great place. Ali is a gentleman, so generous and helpful I can’t say enough good things about him. I’ve visited wadi rum a couple of times now and Ali and his family make me feel so welcome. Any tours/treks or rides they will sort you out. Beautiful place, beautiful people. Thanks so much!
Rooms are basic, shared toilets and showers. Water pressure in the showers is very weak and solar heating makes hot showers possible only in the afternoon. After that there is cold breeze from the windows within every shower booth. Food is very good, but is the same every breakfast and dinner. A big dinning room has warm tea, and central fire place for all the guest. All your cloth and hair will smell...
What an incredible experience. Highly recommend staying here when experiencing Wadi Rum. Great food and sights with incredible hosts.
I spent two nights in this impressive camp and one of them was sleeping beneath the open sky. There's nothing more exciting and still calming as sleeping beneath the stars in the desert. They serve special underground barbeque for dinner and incredible breakfast containiing baba ganoush, hummus an many more. I would recomend coming to this camp for solo female travelers as well since I felt safe and...
Amazing experience in the Atlantis camp. We did the 4 hours jeep tour and the climb to the highest mountain in Jordan. Our tour guides were very helpful and it is highly recommended. On the climb we were alone which was a unique experience. All in all worth all the money.

This is one of your most beautifull experiences you will ever get!! The hospitality of the people are just gold!! They threat you like a human, and their camels are taking real care off! If a camel is sick, they give all the time for the animal to heal! Thats how humans should be for the animals 🙏🏻 Please ride camels here instead of the other many tourist traps… The camp is like heaven!! Local awesome...
Reset your soul here. The camp is amazing, as well as the Bedouins taking care of you. If you can sneak past the visitors center without paying all the better. Be aware there are people fishing for ways to get you to pay them for nothing you need...make arrangements and the camp will take care of you. At this camp ask for Akram. He acted with Mark Walberg in "All the money in the world" and he will...
Amazing place in a wonderland! Once in a lifetime experience...fantastic location inside Wadi Rum protected area...amazing Bedouin hospitality..friendly staff..excellent food, Bedouin style (underground) cooking..lively music and dance... bonfire...mesmerizing sunset with a cup of Bedouin tea..!!!! Our guide/driver for jeep tour, Akram, is a wonderful person...took care of us in the camp too. Unforgettable...
Really enjoyed my time at the camp and in Wadi Rum itself. The Bedouin were very welcoming and the day activities very enjoyable. Note - it's very cold at night in the desert during the winter!
Perfect for a 3 hours tour and a night stay. You can take a day tour or four hours tour. The rocks of Wadi Rum are really impressive, some of the stops are not necessary but they are trying to fill the time. The Small and Big Bridge, the grave of Lorence the Arabian, the beauty of the big red rocks - you really feel the spirit of the desert . Even the sunset deserves attention. The place they bring...

Posizione ottima.
I've been to Wadi Rum five different times and this was the best camp I experienced. Had an amazing time here with the nice camp set up with lots of benches to chill with friends. The food was great and the Bedouin hosts were amazing with lots of stories to tell. The toilets were clean with hot water. We enjoyed star gazing at night!
There’s no words to describe the beauty of this place....✨ My sister and I stayed for 2 nights in the camp, and we loved it. Everything was perfect, from the camp itself which is clean and has a breathtaking scenery from the main tent; to the amazingly kind staf Attalah, Achraf, Rakan, Wafa, Mohamed ! You are amazing 🙏🏼❤️ The dinners were sooooo gooood omg 🤤 Don’t hesitate a second to chose this camp...
A really amazing experience staying at this traditional Bedouin camp inside Wadi Rum. Perfect view, including view to the magic sunset and the brilliant night sky with millions of stars. Delicious Arab food and very friendly staff. My best recommendations.
Amazing place in the middle of the desert, the views is amazing at any time of the day and night (I spent the night by the fire under the stars). Staff is very friendly and welcoming. 4x4 desert tour with local bedouin guide the see the best places . Delicious local food. I'll be back with friends ;)

Hasan, his brothers, family members and staff are the best thing about staying in Wadi Rum, I've been dealing with them for about 4 years and they never fail to impress me with their kindness and help, I usually visit with my friends or groups of foreigners and not once I heard a negative comment or even an OK one, everyone's always happy staying with Hasan. The food there is out of this world, the...
This wa the first visit to this Camp in Wadi Rum. The personell were very welcoming and attentive. We were given clear information about our stay. The accomodation was very clean, and at least our was brand new inside. Due to a sandstorm, there was no fire outside, and no beds prepared to sleep outside, but that would have been offered in good weather condition. The food was excellent, prepared...
Amazing service, very accomidating, very hospitable, nice vibes. Would not choose any other camp.
Wonderful warm place. Mesmerizing sunset in Wadi rum. Very good hospitality n the best part is the buffet dinner :)

Exciting. Long ride to the camp. Some of the staff are not the kindest.
Wow! We had a wonderful stay, I loved it, must come back?⭐️?
Should be 10 stars ⭐️ Really a gem of a camp. Mars tents are well worth the extra money. Staff were all happy, friendly, helpful and made us feel relaxed. Food was awesome. Sat around the fire smoking shisha drinking arabic coffee watching the staff have a great time dancing. I would 100% stay again.

Awesome terrible desert strange vast areas of the desert with mountains and rocks strange shape and high-rise and there are camps for tourists to overnight with baths and hot water, and there is the possibility for an organized trip or access to the desert there are many residents working to transport tourists with jeeps or private cars for the desert and there are camels or horses and tents for rest...
Had a great time at this camp. Staff was excellent. Our tour guide Muhammad was great and made sure we enjoyed the experience.
The Whole experience was that much better due to the Staff at this location. We arrived a bit late, but they patiently waited and gave our group a warm welcoming, and our private tour began. Muhammad was our tour guide, and he catered to our group that made the experience incredible. We took a tour through the desert in a 4x4 and enjoyed a sunset on a mountain top as Muhammad made a fire, and made...
We spent 2 nights in the Bedouin Way Camp with Khaled and his brothers. They welcomed us with home-made Bedouin tea, magical stories about the desert and a stunning sunset. The camp has a perfect location and the hosts make every effort to make you feel at home and enjoy the incredible ambiance of Wadi Rum.

Perfect location in the Wadi with hills sheltering this friendly camp. You feel safe and cared for by the owner, Dara and her competent, kind staff. Lovely excursions around - and the star-gazing with a jovial, erudite astronomer is a highly enjoyable event. Do not miss out on the dinner under the stars - mouth-watering, underground cooked meat and vegetables - a feast for the eyes and mouth.
The camp is great! Staff is excellent and ready to take care of any need. The tent we stayed in may be looking a little old but everything works. As promised, you park your car and they come and get you for a short drive through desert sands. Once there you a can walk to some amazing sites just outside the gate. Then ride camels and/or hire a jeep to tour the Wadi Rum reserve. An amazing trip...
We stayed here for 1 night as part of a Jordan tour. I’m told it replaced The Captains Cabin camp, as the tour operators choice. Upon arrival in Wadi Rum, you are swept up in the magic of the place, from the initial crazy 4 wheel drive from the outer car park to the camp, to the weird, mystical atmosphere of the camp, nestled between the hills. The accommodation resembles cloth tents, but underneath...
Ahmad, the camp manager, was amazing. Truly, this camp was everything you wanted and more. The chef was the highlight of the camp—the food was super tasty. The staff were very kind and friendly. Our interactions with everyone exceeded our expectations. We booked two activities through the camp and we were very pleased. Thank you, Ahmad and everyone for making our trip memorable.
Fair and Accurate Review Good things: Dinner, camp fire, shisha (limited flavours but great), staff are very nice to talk to, great complimentary tea in the evening. Not so great things: breakfast was poor, nobody really welcomes you and flies were flying across all the food items. They also charge for water, and drinks (soft, even water) isn't included in dinner, so if you want any drink with dinner...
We enjoyed our stay at this camp. We even got an upgrade for free. Nice and friendly staff.

We stayed at Bedouin Directions camp in the spring of 2017. We had a phenomenal experience. We took a 1 day camel ride and a 1 day jeep tour. Both experiences were awesome. Our guide on the Jeep tour (Mohammad) was superb. He was super friendly and informative, he played with the kids and was a lot of fun to be with and made us a delicious lunch too. Our stay was everything we had hoped for. We would...
We (family of 4, 2 children 11 and 13 years old) had an amazing 2 day adventure with Bedouin directions. We flew into Eliat (OVDA) and having purchased the Jordan pass in advance, it allowed us 2 days entry into Petra (you need 2 days) and entry into all the other sites in Jordan (including Wadi Rum) plus easy passage across the border without a fee (3 nights necessary) from Jordan (you still have...
Mehedi tailored me a three day trip that had all I wanted: a camel trek, doing the Burdah arch and bivouacking out in the desert. Ibrahim, my camel guide, did a great job to teach me the fundamentals of how to get a camel to do what I wanted - with some success! He is a knowledgeable, personable and interesting chap who made the 4 hour trip from the village to the camp a very interesting time. The...
We visited the camp in February 2016 for one night and a day tour. We met some of the most friendly people here. Even though it was off season for tourists, they've organized everything for only the two of us. We were basically alone in the camp. The owner is really friendly, helpful and flexible. One of the best experiences I had so far. Highly recommend this camp.

Nice location . Tents have a balcony / sit out with a good view . Rooms and toilets are clean , spacious and well maintained. They also provided unlimited bottled water for your stay !
Authentic w style and comfort. The sunset view is amazing. The delux tents are superb with nice hot shower and AC and a nice balcony to enjoy the sunset and roaming camels. Mohammed’s 10 brothers and 8 sisters together manage the whole operation. We had a wonderful sunset camel ride and half day jeep tour. You can also walk across the desert to the canyon across. It takes only 35 mins each way...
Amazing experience! Mohammed really welcomed us into his camp. Besides being a great host, he is a great story teller. We slept in the 2 person tent. It was very spacious, comfy with an amazing view in Wadi Rum. The food and service was great. They served free water and tea. The food (dinner and breakfast) was very tasty and a great variety of choices. The full day Jeep truck was nice, we saw the highlights...
I did a sunset camel tour, overnight bivouac camping, and jeep tour with Ahmed, Mohammad and their cousin. One of the most spectacular experiences I have ever had. Amazing. One of the best experiences in life. You leave your car in wadi rum village park and you are taken to the desert. The rooms are nice and spatious, insect window screen present, you can leave your window open. There is warm water and a full functional toilet. The food is nice and Mohammed is 5*. The view from the room will leave you speechless. Absolutely stunning

Perfect location very friendly staff and reasonable price
Amazing moment in a life. There are multiple camps in the Wadi Rum, yet the main differentiators are the location and the hospitality. You might expect a camp more "isolated" where you really feel alone in the desert, unfortunately many camps are visible from each other as a consequence of the implementation of many non-official residence. There are some wilder camp but I can feel that this is a very...
Stunning experience! I would definitely recommend this place. Super nice location, not that far away from the main road (that's good especially if your are going in the desert with your rented car). Super peaceful place. The beduin dinner is excellent, served outside in front of a fire. Food is excellent (I'm celiac, no problem for the gluten free food as there is mainly chicken, rice and vegetables...
What I loved most about this place was the thinking of its owners. For them environmental sustainability was a priority. They dealt with their guests with warmth and provided excellent food. Oh! And they didn’t downgrade the experience with loud music as other camps often do!
Nice camp where you can really reconnect with yourself and others. The staff is really friendly and there for every request. The dinner was delicious and it was nice to see how it was cooked in the ground. And the tour in pickup was great, we especially loved the lunch prepared in the desert. The camp is well located, the perfect place to see the sunset is just around the dune. Plus it is close to...
Great place to stay in Wadi Rum! The tents are comfortable and clean, the atmosphere is very nice, Ahmed and the team made us feel very welcome. The food was amazing! Really exceptional food on three different meals we had here. Right next to a couple of great viewing points, would definitely come back.
