There are probably no better hotels in Aksay.
I gave it a 4 because they didn't give me a second towel, even though we shared one. They were a bit stingy, but otherwise, everything was new in our room.

All about restaurant. 07/7/22 ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken, tasted of nothing, watery and rubbery could not eat. Informed staff no dinner. 08/7/2022 came again and ordered Steak. After 1 hour I asked where my meal was and they said sorry problem with oven but you can wait. Left again with no meal. If not asked maybe still sitting there. 2 months ago this was excellent venue for food. Maybe management or something else change but I could now recommend anyone to eat here.

It turns out there's a restaurant. The portions are huge. The staff is polite. It's clean. It's cozy. But not very tasty. The pasta isn't salty, it's a bit hard. Or is that how it's supposed to be, al dente? Because of the pleasant atmosphere, I'll probably come back and try other options. God willing.

Stayed here for 8 nights during a work visit to the Karachaganak site near Aksay. Overall comfortable and suitable for a work visit.

Good budget hotel. I have stayed there several times last year.

There is no shoes for room, and it's like dormitory place, also kitchen located in other building, bring your shampoo,and toothpaste.
