You can somewhat feel the age of the rooms but in general it's a great place to stay. Located in the center of the town with plenty of facilities, offices, restaurants and cafe's nearby. Btw, the mattress in my room was amazing, one of the most comfortable to sleep on I've ever experienced=) Definitely recommend.

I stay here 1 month for working. Bert nice and friendly personnell. Do not try pizza :-)

Ok place to stay. Rooms are in a small apartment style and clean.

It turns out there's a restaurant. The portions are huge. The staff is polite. It's clean. It's cozy. But not very tasty. The pasta isn't salty, it's a bit hard. Or is that how it's supposed to be, al dente? Because of the pleasant atmosphere, I'll probably come back and try other options. God willing.

This is worth visit if you are looking for Indian food in Aksai The ambience is good. Staff is well behaved. Taste of food is worth money.

Stayed here for 8 nights during a work visit to the Karachaganak site near Aksay. Overall comfortable and suitable for a work visit.

There are probably no better hotels in Aksay. I gave it a 4 because they didn't give me a second towel, even though we shared one. They were a bit stingy, but otherwise, everything was new in our room.

Breakfast is included in the price, but the coffee is only instant, which is a bit disappointing... I also didn't really like that when I booked, I was given one price, but afterward, I received a message saying that if there were no rooms with one large bed available, a room with two small beds would cost 3,000 tenge more. It's a confusing booking system.

The atmosphere on the summer terrace was pleasant, as good people had gathered. The table was set a bit late, even though we had pre-ordered. Thanks to the waiters (especially Alina) for their efficiency. The portions for a dozen guests were a bit small. The quality of the food was good. I wish prosperity and wealth to the establishment. I wish well-being to the staff, both material and moral.

A hidden gem. English is a challenge for the staff but can be addressed with online translation. Pleasant surprise that a laundry service is included. In hotel meals are tasty. No menu selection but the convenience after a long day at work is terrific.
