3 star hotels in Taraz

Very old hotel but still in very good condition. The staff were very polite and helpful. Rooms are very clean and it has very delicious breakfast. It also has free parking and Wi-Fi The only drawback: the close of an elevator closes very fast.

When we arrived at the hotel and entered the lobby, I thought - great! Beautiful and neat! I went up to my room, everything seemed fine too. But after the first impression, a lot of negative things appeared! 1. It was stuffy, I tried to turn on the air conditioner - it didn't work! 2. They cook deliciously! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, but there is no normal coffee (I mean the coffee machine, etc.) everything...

A perfectly decent hotel. The decor is a bit dated, though. The dining room smells of oil from the kitchen. The service is a 4. The rooms and other amenities are spotlessly clean.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. The rooms need some cosmetic renovation, but are spacious. The bathroom is large. The breakfast is monotonous (scrambled eggs, porridge, omelet, pancakes, and syrniki), but delicious. Wi-Fi works perfectly throughout the hotel, there's satellite TV, a minibar, timely housekeeping, and the staff is helpful and polite. Overall, I liked it.

Well, it's a so-so hotel for me, I can't say that it's worth 4 stars. Every time we come to Taraz we stay at this hotel, it's not even a hotel as described. Cons: the service is not very friendly, you ask for something they always say their own, they never go to meet the guests, we rent a suite 308, there is dust in the corners everywhere, the cabinets, shelves are dusty, when you do a wet cleaning...

A good hotel; we booked a standard room. It was clean, with a fully stocked mini-fridge, a kettle, tea, and chocolate. The linens were crisp and white. The bathroom was fully stocked: toothbrush and toothpaste; shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, a washcloth, a shower cap, and a comb; a shoe polish; and a robe. The standard single room is very small, with only one outlet for the TV, refrigerator, and your phone charger. You can choose whichever is more important to you. It's quite chilly at night, and there was no toiletries in the room; reception told us to wash our hands with shower gel. A new hotel. The rooms are spacious and quiet. Breakfast is very limited in selection and variety. The room is cool. The rooms facing the street are brightly lit from the street, so it's not completely dark at night. The service is good.

The hotel is made in the oriental style, in the center of Taraz near the ancient settlement of Taraz (formerly the green bazaar). A quiet place, there are many cars in the parking lot nearby, but in the rooms it was not difficult to avoid the noise of the city bustle. Centre City of Taraz very Beatiful

The staff is superb, the breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are cozy, the food is good, affordable, and varied. Nearby is the beautiful historical park "Ancient Taraz" with an observation deck and a shopping mall. Conveniences and amenities are right next to the hotel.

The hotel was very clean which I really appreciated. They did a good job with putting slippers, soap, shampoo, towels etc. The location was about 20 mins walking from the center area which was fine for me. Taxis aren't so expensive so 300 tenge will get you to a nice place to eat nearby. My only complaint about this place was that at the price theyre charging they could've included breakfast. We really liked the hotel and a huge thank you to the receptionist. She was very pleasant and polite. We liked the room they found for us; it was clean. Everything was in keeping with its status. The only thing is, breakfast wasn't included. I don't know what hotel prices are like in the city, as we were just passing through, but the price was fine.
