Well, it's a so-so hotel for me, I can't say that it's worth 4 stars. Every time we come to Taraz we stay at this hotel, it's not even a hotel as described.
Cons: the service is not very friendly, you ask for something they always say their own, they never go to meet the guests, we rent a suite 308, there is dust in the corners everywhere, the cabinets, shelves are dusty, when you do a wet cleaning...

A new hotel. The rooms are spacious and quiet. Breakfast is very limited in selection and variety. The room is cool. The rooms facing the street are brightly lit from the street, so it's not completely dark at night. The service is good.

A good hotel; we booked a standard room. It was clean, with a fully stocked mini-fridge, a kettle, tea, and chocolate. The linens were crisp and white. The bathroom was fully stocked: toothbrush and toothpaste; shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, a washcloth, a shower cap, and a comb; a shoe polish; and a robe. The standard single room is very small, with only one outlet for the TV, refrigerator, and your phone charger. You can choose whichever is more important to you. It's quite chilly at night, and there was no toiletries in the room; reception told us to wash our hands with shower gel.
