Alazis Alakol Hotel in Kabanbay

I want to leave a review of the recreation center "Alazis", my family and I vacationed at this center from July 21 to 25, 2025. Since 2008, I have been going to Alakol every year and staying at different centers (there were both expensive and budget ones), finally I found the one where I can come and stay on a permanent basis.
1. We rented a beautiful two-story log cottage. In which it was cool and without air conditioning. We practically did not turn on the air conditioners. Although they are in all the rooms of the cottage.
2. The admin offered us a separate biset for eating 👍
3. The staff knows their business, responsive and friendly! Admin Shyngys, special respect!!! 👍 handsome!
4. The territory is landscaped, there are recreation areas on wooden sun loungers, a volleyball court, a playground for kids!
5. To Arbat and the beach 5-7 minutes, the location is very convenient👍
6. Also, when checking in, I was allowed to take our little faithful friend with me👍since there was nowhere to leave him
7. I will say one thing, I will come back here again. I hope with time everything that I listed above will not change🙏🏻

At the moment I am staying in this hotel, I will start with the rooms, the rooms are so-so, the water in the shower is cold, the service is good, the food, the service is all up to par. The location is not far from Arbat, but you can't hear the noise from it, it is convenient with children

We found this hotel by chance while reviewing hotels online. We booked it, and upon arrival, we were glad we chose it.
Firstly, it's close to the shore—a three-minute walk. We were later given a brochure with a map of the area, and it turned out that Alazis, one of the few hotels in the area, is close to the beach.
Secondly, Arbat Street is also nearby, and you can go there every evening. Kids love it: Belgian waffles, ice cream on tap, amusement rides, a small market with tables right on the Arbat selling toys, jewelry, mojitos, and you can also buy swimsuits, beach blankets, aqua shoes, and more.
Thirdly, there's a toilet and shower stall, everything is clean and spacious, and the house is made of Siberian logs, so you can immediately feel the eco-friendliness. There's no static, it's quiet and peaceful, and in the mornings you can hear the cuckoo and even a rooster crowing in the distance. The only drawback of the entire coastal area is that the neighboring hotel, "Aigerim," plays loud disco music until 1 a.m.—sometimes it's not so pleasant, but you wake up to a quiet place.
Fourth, there's a new chef. The food is homemade and delicious. Even the picky kids praised it and ate it. There's plenty of meat. In the mornings, they serve pies or baursaks in addition to porridge, a first and second course at lunch, and a main course and salad at dinner. The chef personally came out to greet everyone at every meal. If for some reason a child doesn't eat something, the chef can prepare something separately.
The entire area is clean and well-maintained. The wonderful administrator, Ainura, always resolved any issues and greeted guests warmly.
If you're here to relax in nature, then Alazis is a very civilized and cozy hotel, clean and comfortable, with all the amenities.
We really enjoyed it here. The main thing is not to compare it with Turkey; it has its own charm, a special feature that needs to be seen, felt and enjoyed.

Nice place to visit to restore health for whole family

We came from Almaty very much, especially fishing on the breakwater caught 8 carp in two days.
