Bastau Alakol Hotel in Kabanbay

I want to leave a review of the recreation center "Alazis", my family and I vacationed at this center from July 21 to 25, 2025. Since 2008, I have been going to Alakol every year and staying at different centers (there were both expensive and budget ones), finally I found the one where I can come and stay on a permanent basis.
1. We rented a beautiful two-story log cottage. In which it was cool and without air conditioning. We practically did not turn on the air conditioners. Although they are in all the rooms of the cottage.
2. The admin offered us a separate biset for eating 👍
3. The staff knows their business, responsive and friendly! Admin Shyngys, special respect!!! 👍 handsome!
4. The territory is landscaped, there are recreation areas on wooden sun loungers, a volleyball court, a playground for kids!
5. To Arbat and the beach 5-7 minutes, the location is very convenient👍
6. Also, when checking in, I was allowed to take our little faithful friend with me👍since there was nowhere to leave him
7. I will say one thing, I will come back here again. I hope with time everything that I listed above will not change🙏🏻

At the moment I am staying in this hotel, I will start with the rooms, the rooms are so-so, the water in the shower is cold, the service is good, the food, the service is all up to par. The location is not far from Arbat, but you can't hear the noise from it, it is convenient with children

Nice place to visit to restore health for whole family

We were family friends for 4 days from July 21, 23. We all liked it. We rented a 2-storey cottage, very convenient with children. You relax on the top and the children play below. Air conditioners work great. The waitresses are great girls, they run around working. Very close to Arbat and the beach. Admin Ainur thank you.

From June 22 to June 30, 2023 we were on Lake Alakol, stayed at the Alazis holiday home and it was cool, honestly. The service, the location of the holiday home, the food - everything is at the highest level. Thank you very much Zipan apay, Ainur and Botha for your participation and hospitality. I would especially like to mention the food - tasty and varied. Accommodation prices are affordable, which is also important for me, with three children))) Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!!!

We accidentally found this hotel by reviewing hotels on the Internet, booked it, and when we arrived, we were glad that we chose it:
Firstly, it’s close to the shore, about three minutes’ walk. We were later given a brochure with a map of the area and it turned out that Alazis, one of the few among many, is located close to the beach.
Secondly, Arbat is also nearby, which you can go to every evening, children are interested in it, Belgian waffles, draft ice cream, attractions, a market of tables right on Arbat with toys, decorations, mojitos, you can also buy swimsuits, blankets for the beach there, aquashoes, etc.
Thirdly, the toilet and shower stall, everything is clean, spacious, the house is made of Siberian logs, you immediately feel that it is environmentally friendly, there is no static voltage, it is quiet, calm around, in the morning you can hear the cuckoo singing and even a rooster in the distance. The only drawback of the entire coastline is that in the neighboring hotel "Aigerim" loud disco music plays until one in the morning, sometimes it’s not so pleasant, but you wake up in silence.
Fourthly, there is a new cook, the food is homemade and very tasty, even picky children praised it and ate it, there is a lot of meat, in the morning they give pies or baursaks in addition to porridge, first and second course for lunch, main course and salad for dinner. The cook personally came out to greet everyone at every meal. If for some reason the child does not eat something, the cook can prepare something separately.
The whole area is clean, well-groomed, the wonderful administrator Ainura always solved all issues and greets guests well.
If you understand that you have come to relax in nature, then Alazis is a very civilized and cozy, clean hotel with all amenities.
We really liked it here. The main thing is that there is no need to compare with Turkey, it has its own charm, a zest that needs to be seen, felt and enjoyed.
